The staff was rude, told me I could walk in to get a nail trim and then told me I needed an appointment. I explained I had to go back to get my other two dogs at home and they said they wouldnt cut them unless I had all four after I explained I couldnt not bring all four due to my sons car seat. They told me I could wait and that she was busy with someone so I waited and then the cashier up front came to me and said that she wouldnt do them unless all four dogs were here. Rude staff. Very dissapointed. If I could give them a negative rating I would. Will definitely not be returning ever.

Great shopping experience on a local level. Plenty of choice for dog food, treats, beds, etc. at a mostly reasonable price. Store seems to have lack of staffing to provide help to customers as there was only one person working on several occasions when I have visited. The groomer was friendly, outgoing and informative regarding the care and nutrition that could improve the quality of my dogs coat. She did a great job grooming him as well. This is a great store for everything related to pets!

Absolutely terrible! I called to see about getting my dogs nails trimmed and they said come on in and I did and get up to the counter and the lady wouldnt do it because hes a pitbull. Started saying I was supposed to bring in his rabies vaccine proof and all this other garbage, but never told me over the phone, when I very specifically asked "DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING". Horrible place!

Had a deal going where if you buy ten bags of dog food you get a free bag. Every time you buy a bag, they would record it on a card. On going to buy my tenth bag they said they switched the records to digital and must have "lost" my card. Staff was completely non helpful. Not a place I will ever shop at again.

Super rude staff!!! Never hopping here again! I gave them so many chances because they were so close to home but they are rude, not at all helpful, impatient, and negative. Ridiculously impatient and rude cashiers!

When I went in and made my request for the groomer she did not pay any attention. Dog groomer ignored three request out of four when grooming my golden doddle. I was very disappointed in their quality of service.

I was hoping to actually see animals in the store, but this place only has supplies. Supply prices were similar to places like Petsmart. They did have a few kitties for adoption and there is a groomer available.

Everytime I go into the Georgetown Petsense I find what Im looking for. The prices arent bad and they have a good selection for the store size. And they have cats for adoption in the back that you can visit.

The only reason its not 5 stars is because somethings are little bit expensive. But the people here are very nice and helpful. They help get cats adopted (which I love) very clean and nice store

Excellent customer service from the grooming salon and sale associates. Love this store. Our dog came back happy and beautifully groomed. He looked the part and we were very happy! Will be back!
