The people here are horrible. The young man who trains has no knowledge whatsoever and refuses to respect anything other than what his idiotic mind believes to be acceptable. My dog wears a collar that contracts his muscles IF I need to get his attention. It is NOT A shock collar and does not hurt (yes I have felt it for myself), its just annoying. Seldom do I need to use it, but God forbid my dogs attention is taken by something, I have the power still to let him hear me and obey. I take him to the dog parks with people and dogs, without a leash, and never have to ask twice for anything I want him to do or not do. This young gentleman was highly judgmental, harrassing, and rude simply because he didnt know what the device was and didnt believe me when I told him. I do not feel comfortable shopping somewhere where some jackals cant keep his personal beliefs and personal ignorance out of his business interactions. Another lady there was also highly harassing and would not stop rambling on and on while we were trying to shop. I really hope no one else has to experience what a bunch of ignorant, harassing jackasses work there.

Ive been there twice i went there the first time to get a harness for my dog i was interested in working there but then i was like maybe I should wait. Then the second time i was there i just petted a kitten that was in the cage, then i walked around, nothing bad, its a great store, i keep thinking of taking my dog there but i never get the chance to cause Im busy with school. I gave them my Email to ever message me.

Staff was knowledgeable and happily assisted me in gathering what I would need to bring home a new puppy. Their experience proved invaluable when deciding what was needed immediately also. Combining the stores open door policy for most pets while maintaining a clean and airy environment for their human customers puts this store at the top of my list of favorite places to wander around & shop. A+!!!

Everytime we enter the store, it takes forever to find an associate. I was in there yesterday, September 25th, was looking for a pet harness and I never did find anyone to assist me so I just left. I am not sure Ill ever shop there again. Ill go to the pet store in albertville, Al.

Good selections for dog and cat food. Can be a little pricey. Otherwise just your standard pet supply store. No animals sold here except for beta fish, and I think they may do adoptions there.

The staff has been very friendly every time. I like all the items they carry. They are helping to save cats & are a no- kill place for cats to stay until they are adopted.
