I wanted to have my two Bouvier des Flandres washed only. After a couple of phone calls, being put on hold, and much bluster, I was told by a "dog washer" that she didnt feel comfortable washing my dogs because they needed a special brush. Really? Since when is a pin brush a special brush? I started to explain that they didnt need anything special to get a BATH, but when I have to go to great lengths to get a grooming salon to wash a dog... never mind. I made an appointment for them in Dothan without so much as a hiccup. Unfortunately, the story didnt stop there. The MANAGER called me back to chastise me for my review on Facebook! Seriously! Not "Oh Maam, Im sorry for the confusion! Of COURSE we can wash your dogs!" Further, reviews, including mine were deleted from Facebook rather than be addressed for better customer service. For someone who has a degree is management, Im pretty sure this ISNT how you do it!

I would not recommend the store, the prices are about twice of what the exact same item is in other local stores. In addition to their retail hike, my family purchased a kitten from them. The kitten turned out to have ring worn (which of course spread to my children) it also had a severe case of ear mites which I am still attempting to get rid of and was completely ate up with flees after two dips and many washes they have been dealt with. I want to reiterate it please avoide purchasing any animals from them and do yourself a favor, drive 30 minutes to dothan and go to petsmart!

They clearly state walk ins welcome on their site and on signs on their building. According to the sales rep thats not true. I drove an hour and got turned down. So yeah not so happy customer.

Friendly staff. Shopped with my Basset Hound. She had a good time and the staff were sweet to her. She actually found her brand of food on the shelf.

Nice selection of cat toys, little expensive for some, cat food, dog supplies and grooming. Clean and lanes are nice and wide.
