Love the food that they offer, however there is MUCH to be desired in regards to this stores customer service. Let me say that I have shopped at this location for over 2 years. When I first started shopping here... Victoria was managing and never a problem. since then red Bandana hired a guy names "Joe" to replace her. Joe almost never has the store stocked with what my dogs have come to rely on and like.( I have a standard poodle , 5 ys. old,toy poodle with chf, 14 and a silky terrier, 5 y/o) Joe is lacking in customer service . period. He is ALWAYS right. PERIOD. RB had a point system where when you spent so much $ .. you would get 10.00 off. Months ago, Joe told me that I had 2 accounts, and that he needed to merge those accounts for the points to apply. I have reminded him for 6 months. I walk in today... "oh yes ! I merged your 2 accounts!" Joe said. I gather my dog food, delighted that I would be able to use my points for the first time.... "oh no ! " I was then told. The point system has changed and I am sorry but you will need to work toward spending 40.00 more to get 10.00 off" Folk, I am done with red bandanna. I did try customer service awhile ago... I was connected back to "Joe". Spending my money where I am appreciated more than this !!!

Three out of the last four times I went to the Dallas Hwy location to buy dog food, I arrived within about 15 to 20 minutes after they were supposed to be open only to find a " back in 20 minutes" sign on the door. I have found the Taste of Wilderness dog food at a feed store near Kennestone Hospital for the same price.....and that store is open when they say theyre going to be open. I will not buy from Red Bandanna again.

I have been shopping at this Red Bandanna location and love the selection and service. The service manager "Joe" was very informative and much more knowledgeable than I would have ever expected, while discussing my kidney challenged canine buddy. The grooming facility is very nice also. I work with a large rescue organization in metro Atlanta and the dogs that pass through my house love Red Bandannas baked food.

This store does not adhere to the published "open and closed" hours. I went to the store twice on Monday Dec 19 during posted opening hours and the store was closed. I just went again today, Thursday Dec 22 2016 at 11:15 (opening was supposed to be 11am) and the store is closed.
