The store and the majority of its employees are top notch!! The one glaring blemish on this otherwise fantastic store is its manager... Its name is Pat, a rude, tactless, ginger grump. I was treated worse than poorly (honestly cant find the words) by said manager. His customer service skills are completely nonexistent, how someone with his demeanor could be promoted to the leader of anything truly escapes me. I would recommend calling ahead and asking for Pat if you are planning to visit this location. If an employee says "yes, just a moment" hang up and reschedule your tractor supply run. If the answer is "no, Im sorry he isnt here today" then cheers on ya mate!! Head on in with no worries. Again, my review is based entirely on Pat. The store is clean and well organized and the other employees Ive been in contact with are polite and helpful!! Im not sure if I should include this but I did call the TSC Consumer Relations 800 number and was informed that numerous customers have called in just the past few weeks to lodge complaints against Pat. With that kind of name recognition, it may not be too long before youll be reading negative posts about WalMart due to Pats sparkling wit and can do attitude. Seriously, my experience with this guy was so poor that I had to write this review so other people could avoid the same situation.

Love stopping in for my animal supplies and they have really good clearance! Management is really nice. Only complaint is that the kids running the register never offered to help me out with my 50lb bags of chicken food when I was like 9 months pregnant.
