My husband and I went there to look around and see all the cute cats. Well, when we got back to where the cats were, there was a white cat that was covered in his own waste, and there was pee all over his cage. I felt so sorry for the poor thing. The employee told me that they cleaned the cage a couple hours ago, but what she really should of said is that they would get right on it. The poor little guy was crying and I hated leaving him like that. If I go back there and see that again; I am going to report it and I will keep coming in and checking until this issue is resolved. THAT is unacceptable!

Had a TERRIBLE experience with the grooming salon. I took my dog to get groomed in May and showed them my updated shots and when I came back two months later they told me that they didnt have them on file. The girl who was helping me was extremely rude and told me if I couldnt get shot records to them within 10 minutes, they would give my appointment away. Turns out they had 2 accounts for me and she wasnt looking at the correct one, but she didnt apologize, she just became more disrespectful. I am extremely disappointed in their service.

The staff here are always helpful and they are knowledgeable about the animals here. We adopted a kitten here the other day and they were very happy to see him find himself a new home but sad to see him leave. Thank you Rescue Me Inc. Pet Smart also gives you a coupon book when you adopt a pet that saves you a bunch when you get all the initial items needed to care for them there. Saved us at least $30, got a free bag of cat food too.

I was in the Old Troy Pike store in Huber Heights this morning looking for a new dog brush. A very nice woman named Emma showed me a Zoom Groom brush by the Kong Company. She said it was the best brush she had ever used, and she was absolutely right. Ive tried so many brushes over the years and have never found one that works so well in such a short amount of time. Thank you Emma, and Jack thanks you too.

The store itself isnt five-star because its rarely fully stocked. But, Im very happy with the job Arlie does grooming my Saint Bernard. And I can always get help getting my dog into the store from the parking lot, if needed, and help getting him back to the car after his grooming appointments. The people who work there seem to genuinely like dogs and it shows.

I take my dogs here to get them groomed and let me tell you, they are a handful. One hates the groomer and one is a rescue so shes super shy and they do a great job with them. The grooming staff also take time to help me with questions about flees (they are horrible this year) and how I can help my furbabies to not be so scared of getting groomed and bathed!

This store seems disconnected from the other chains. Sometimes i cant find it on the petsmart website when searching for information. The staff can be friendly but also sometimes can seem like theyre disconnected also. in general its got what im looking for when i go but it seems like it could use a face lift.

Fantastic cat groomer and there is always kitties to look at and they have nice plant and fish selection. You can still find things cheaper at Wal-Mart if Wal-Mart carries what you need. If not, Petsmart has everything :)
