Terrible customer service, one employee was talking on the phone and eating while the other made it clear she was exteremely annoyed to have a customer, neither smiled or acted friendly or greeted of us when we walked in. And the worst part, I purchased a brand new and un-used xbox one for $440, and it didnt even work. I will only be returning to this store for a refund.

Great place to get physical games and some of those odd hardware items for you gaming needs. This particular store feels a little crowded for space, but they will gladly help you find what you are looking for.

Traded in PS3 For In Store Credit And Everything went well untill the next morning when i opened one of the games i bought and there was no game in the case. Lesson learned so always check your cases.
