I recently visited the store to sell a few of my games. While at the counter, the clerk took a phone call and was very rude and short to the person on the other end. When it was my turn, it was found that they had my old address in their system, even though I had been in a few times since my new address changed on my drivers license. No big deal, but the clerk demanded I give the old address. As it took me a minute to recall what it was, the clerk went ballistic. He was loud, demeaning, and rude saying, "You mean to tell me you cant remember an address; I can remember every address Ive ever had!". Then when I remembered it, he said, "I know your druggie lifestyle probably makes you forget a lot of things". I was too stunned to say anything. Normally I would take this as a joke, but his manner and tone was demeaning. Hopefully he was just having a bad day, but I sense he treats everyone like a piece of garbage. Thats the last time Ill go here.

A couple of the employees are alright, Kyle is probably the only one really worth your time. Most of the rest come off as real jerks. And the manager permanently has an attitude, unless you play magic. He just makes me uncomfortable when im in the store. Pricing on older stuff is fine but new games, they are just barely cheaper than gamestop. If you want a newer game, try Daves first. But Old stuff their selection is usually pretty decent. Dont have the store but I generally try to take my business elsewhere. And its too dark in there. Lighting is fine but it just doesnt seem to be a place you want to spend a lot of time.

Attempted to return an item my wife purchased for me a few days ago for an exchange item of eqivilent value since i already had what she bought. Was told the best that they could do is $5 in store credit for something that had been bought for $16 little over a day before. I had previously went here to the point of exclusion of every other game store in town. I will never shop here again.

love this store! the staff here really take care of you. im not sure what everyone else is talking about. None of the employees have ever gotten rude with me or my family.. they have given my kids toys for free and they resurfaced like 10 games for free for me... dont seem to rude to me.. people are idiots, this store rocks!

This store when it first opened was tye best game store in Muncie but now it usually has the same games everytime prices are pretty decent a couple of the staff are great the rest are okay ever since they have added mtg its not as good as when they first opened

Employees are great, they are interactive and fun. Just wish Skyler, the red headed employee, was better at Magic the Gathering.
