Been shopping here since the day it opened and enjoy going there from time to time still. Selection isnt always the best since I do a lot of collecting but if youre just looking for average stuff youll likely find it here. The staff has always been fairly friendly for the most part with a few condescending employees throughout the years. It has definitely been a revolving door as far as employees go as there isnt a single person still working there from when it opened several years ago. Always a new face every time I visit. As far as people complaining about prices you just dont understand the market. DVDs, Blurays, games, and CDs all go out of print at some point and arent available to purchase new. That creates a demand amongst collectors and non collectors alike so a price is based on that items rarity and the demand for that item. Their system basically google searches the internet for an aggregate price and they sell it for a price that makes them money but doesnt hurt you as a consumer. Some are hit and miss here and there if you look on Amazon or eBay for something but for the most part Ive been satisfied with my experiences there. Stop in and check them out some time Im sure you will walk out with something.

This store is a joke, they pay you .10 for a movie they will sell for $6. They talk down to you and about the items that you brought in to sell to then. This did not happen to me but to the customer next to me, I asked the person helping me what was going on, I was told she had very rough dvds and they were doing her a favor by making a offer. When I finished and went outside the customer was still in the parking lot. She was upset , I learned they were trying to get money to go to Krogers, she asked if I wanted to buy her stuff as she needed more then the 2.65 she was offered. I looked at what she had and was surprised as nothing was junk. 2 Xbox one games, 8 Xbox 360 games and 12 TV season sets that included CHIPS, A Team and Little House. She wanted $15 and I thought $30 was more fair.

Whether youre looking for something specific or just want to browse, this place is great for either. Prices are kind of all over the place though. Some games are priced like theyre new despite being twenty years old. On the flipside of that, you might find twelve movies you really like and spend around eight dollars. I guess it balances out in the end. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and always seem very enthusiastic about what they do. Seems like theyre almost always playing dubstep over the intercom though. And thats just.....no. But yeah, if youre an avid collector of movies, music and games, this place is near perfect.

This place is fantastic! The person that helped me took the time to figure out what I was looking for. I had no idea what the title of the film was, and I wasn’t very helpful with the plot. However, he was somehow able to figure exactly what I was looking for in two shakes of a lamb’s tale. He then went above and beyond to locate me a copy from another store at the best possible price. The customer service I received was unparalleled. It’s rare to see anyone care so much. The next you’re looking for a movie or game, this is the place to go. Ask for Jesse. I love this place!

I left this store last night and will never return, we had vowed months ago not to go back but Hollywood didnt have the game my kids wanted as they just sold their last copy a couple of days ago. When we walked in we were not welcomed and even made to feel we were bothering the employees. The store was dirty, and things overpriced. When I asked for a manager this guy walked up, I asked his name and he laughed. When I explained how i was made to feel he just said at least he was better then (removed) the previous manager and complaints are part of the job.

Horrible customer service by the employees and overall bad experience... the week of the biggest shopping holiday all year no less. Employees werent dressed appropriately and they way they carry themselves... that guy blew his nose Into his own hand. Tips for success. . Hire some people whose ears arent the size of basketball hoops, who dont wear black on black on black with black beanies and black guy-liner and maybe your establishment could fix its customer service problems and enjoy a modicrum of success . Never walking in thier again.. period..

Horrible, rude and unprofessional employees! The guy named Mike is a douchebag! He was cussing and cracking very distasteful jokes about actors and singers who died very recently and kept going on and on joking with the other employees while he cleaned our DVDs so we were stuck there listening. Just extremely rude and will not be giving people like that my business ever again! And they didnt have any of the movies I was going in for and some that they had were way overpriced that you can buy new at Walmart for $5 and they sell them for $10 used!

Place is a joke. Just took a complete second series on blue ray of True detective that just came out and they tried to give me $8. The guy working said they already had 1. Ya 1!! Lol. And they sell it for $39. Lol. He was saying it was the new manager fault he wont let them give much money for anything. And he keep saying the new manager just came from Austin Texas. So, whats that mean!!! I use to bring new release movies every Tuesday and I would get half of what they sold them for. Will never return there again.

This place has really improved recently. The staff always make me feel welcome. If theres ever a hard to find movie, theyve always been able to locate it for me. 90% of my movie collection is from Buybacks. I wish they had more stores, but Im happy to cross the bridge to Clarksville for some new flicks. Their prices are unbeatable. Not even Amazon can beat them and that says something. If youre looking for new movie, game, or hard to find title, check out Buybacks. Odds are you wont be disappointed.

Found this place on Google, trying to sell my used movies and games. When I arrived, the staff was both courteous and professional. They told me the worth of my items are based on supply, demand, and the condition of the item. When they were finished, they asked if I would like a per item value or just a total. I actually got a lot more than I expected, and far more than that other place down the street offered me. From now on Buybacks is my go to place for selling my old movies and games.

Good selection to choose from. But the customer service was horrible. I will probably never go back from the way I was treated my last visit. They sold me the wrong disk with my movie I pointed it out before I left the store, and they acted like it was my fault. They didnt have the correct movie and wouldnt fix the problem. They were laying on the floor and searching the internet. I had to ask for assistance. The store has gone down hill. Dont waste your time or money go somewhere else
