Fantastic butcher shop. All the product is from a local ranch farther west in the town of Yoder. Great service, selection, and atmosphere. The steaks I made were phenomenal and I am not that great of a griller!

They dont really have a lot of variety of meats. Specially if you eat different cuts than americans. Never called me back if they had some specific cuts I was asking for.
