Updated visit Stopped by this place after eating at the anchor which is next door see my posting on the anchors review site. Anyway kind of neat you can come in here pick your cut of meat pick the thickness they will take it next-door to the anchor and cook it to your specifications. How cool is that. Original review below Its almost a shame to say this is my first visit to the Douglas Avenue chop shop, Ive been long overdue. Tonight was a wing tasting party they had at least six different wings and had some of the local breweries with samples there. Service was quick the wings were amazing staff was very knowledgeable and helpful Ill definitely be back

Love this meat market. Weve tried saysage, pork shoulder, pork ribs, KC strip, ribeye, cowboy ribeye, tri tip roast, filet and it was all great. The meat is better than just about any prime steakhouse, there are a few exceptions, but you get the steakhouse quality at half the cost. If you like it spicy, try the ghost pepper cheese.

Fantastic prime cuts, need I say more? Ive uploaded some pictures of whats going on inside. We find that the prices are great for the high quality meats they sell. I can easily out do the best steak house in Wichita if I purchase some prime filet from the Douglas Avenue Chop Shop and throw them on my grill.

They have amazing South American cuts, such as Tapa Cuadril or Picanha. And the price is good for the quality! Their sausages are delicious! The pork sriracha is my favorite.
