Ive been taking my Keeshond to Jenny for a groom and have always been very pleased with her service!!! She takes a lot of pride in what she does. Because my dog has bad anxiety, Jenny is very patient with my dog. Also, Ive noticed that she works with my dogs comfort level which is amazing because I can tell that my dog Jedda is not only always coming home looking amazing but is not traumatized like shes always been in the past with other groomers. Thank you Jenny for your patience and loving care for my fur baby!!!

Very upset Alissa in Management was unable to help out with information about getting duplicate receipt, for a return. I was turned away and was told she couldnt help me at all without A receipt. I spoke to a beautiful kind hearted soul named Brenda in the Phoenix AZ corporate office and 3 seconds into conversation helped out. Thank you to those that go above and beyond and appreciate helping out there customers must appreciated.

THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE ADOPTED TWO GUINEAS AND THEY ARE THRIVING. EVERYTHING WE NEED TO RAISE HEALTHY PETS IS AT PETSMART. THERE ARE ALWAYS ADORABLE ADOPTABLE CATS AVAILABLE TO PET AND ADOPT. CHOICES ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU WANT BUT NOT TOO MANY CHOICES SO A CUSTOMER IS OVERWHELMED. THE GROOMING SERVICE IS GOOD ALSO.

Staff is always friendly and very helpful when i get a chance to go. One girl helped me once on the food for my cats, another time another girl let me know about the online price match and even offered me het coupon if i did not have one. That is awesome customer service!!!! They all seem like animal lovers.

PetSmart does not offer live feeder mice or rats for reptiles. While they do offer frozen feeders not all reptiles will eat a reheated dead mouse/rat. An employee there said that this is a problem that has occurred with the reptiles they sell as some snakes will refuse to eat frozen and will starve.

We usually get our fuzzies here to feed our snake, rather than other stores because they are individually wrapped here.. But they have been out for the past 3 weeks. Its ridiculous! None of the staff knows when theyre going to be getting more either.. Time to find a new store. Disappointed.

Good selection of supplies. This location also has a pet grooming salon. Price for my medium size dog was a reasonable $27 for brushing, shampoo / dry, and nail trim. Staff is also great about letting my son hold the snakes each time we are in.

I took my dog Max here to get groomed and when I got him back he looked like a new dog! I was amazed at the groomers ability to ease his nerves being around someone new and I liked the fact that he was cleaned to the T.
