This place is great! I bought my first snake here (a redtail boa) and one of the employees guided me the whole way and recommended what I should get and answered all my questions. Not only that but all of their snakes (with the exception of one whos a big grump!) are very docile and friendly. Its obvious they have been handled often. Theyre also already put on regular eating schedules; theyre very hyperactive (which is a sign of a healthy snake). Theyve also got quite a selection of reptiles (not only snakes)! My redtail (who I named Ralph) is a charm - very curious and friendly :) . Its nice to see they take good care of their reptiles. Definitely recommend this place!

Great pet store. They have an awesome supply of both food and fun, durable dog toys. The best part is their grooming department is awesome. It is well priced and the quality is incredible. I recently took my scruffy little Heinz 57 in for a groom and bit the bullet and decided to have her shaved as her fur was all over the place. I was very nervous as to what I would come back to, but she looks **amazing**. I cant praise the groom job highly enough. She was super soft, smelled fantastic, and looked like a high priced pooch. I will definitely be coming back. :)

Fair pricing compared to big box stores and Amazon. But where they excel is customer service, they have helped me in emergency situations with my fish and saved me hundreds without trying to sell me products that wont work. Their aquarium selection is excellent and the vast array of products for all pets is second to none. Support your local small business at each chance, and this is certainly one.

Down home pet supply store. They have a lot of animal knowledge, but they dont shove it down your throat. They support the local animal shelter, so you wont find puppies for sale here. I think they actually have special deals for new pet adopters from the shelter? The pets that are sold there are very healthy. I love the cats that roam the store. :).

Place is grungy looking inside (aka not super clean), but the animals are a LOT healthier than most pet stores, and their cages are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful, the owner knows his stuff. Especially in regards to fish.

Why would anybody patronize people who sell puppies? They are contributing to the dog overpopulation and only care about money obviously. A shelter dog needs your home more than these people need your money

awesome wholesale prices on zoomed supplies, but dont fully agree with the their "raw" or "natural" diets they promote for dogs and cats. Ive also observed fleas on the kittens in the store.

I love this store they had a bearded dragon named Thor and they let us get him out of the cage whenever we wanted and carry him around the store
