such beautiful employees. my dog is terrified of people and can sound scary. they listened to my concerns and promptly became his best friend. we ended up boarding him when we went out of town and when we came to pick him up, every one came out to say goodbye and tell me how sweet he is. I called several times to check on him and each time my mind was relieved that he was fine and they loved him. they are well trained and extremely pleasant, and each of employees live what they do. I do not write reviews, never have, but these employees need to be praised on a job well done!

We own several pets- a cornsnake, guinea pig, cat, an eyelash crested gecko, and several fish. Petsmart is the only place we go for great service, item variety, and prices. They frequently offer coupons upon checkout for deals on future purchases. Of all the visits made to this store over the past 3 years or so, we havent ever experienced anything but great service from each employee. They offer grooming sevices as well, but cannot comment on that aspect since we havent utilized them. I recommend Petsmart for any animal needs.

Brought my brand new puppy here the day I got him from the breeder. A very friendly employee greeted me almost immediately - I must have looked lost. I explained to her that I had just gotten the puppy and she brought me this booklet with coupons for all the essentials! They made the experience exciting and easy! I saved over $50 with all the coupons and received my first bag of food free.

I took my shitzhu to get her hair cut. The people were nice but the haircut was not very well done, it was uneven and choppy. And her ears and tail didnt even look like they were trimmed. There were a lot of places on the legs where I could see right through to her skin. Overall I was not at all impressed.

I love the workers at this store..it dont matter how many times I go in to lincoln..ALL workers in the fish dept, have the same answers.. I got a few fish here and askd alot of questions about my fish at home. I will always go to this store instead of the one on 27th. ..

Great store - some items seem a little over priced. However, they are cheaper than Petco on the the dog food we get. That is a nice thing when you go through as much dog food as we do!
