I love this store and the people there. I have been going to LDFC for all of my pets needs for a while now and it is always such a pleasure. If you want quality products for your pet and quality service, then this is the place to go. They are always gracious, friendly, professional and helpful. They always make you and your pet feel welcome and offer great products at a more than fair price.They care about their clients and support animal rescue groups. If you want a wonderful shopping experience then give these guys a try. You wont be disappointed.

This past Saturday they hosted a Pug Rescue (via Pug Partners). Not only were they offering huge discounts to anyone who adopted, but the pug that I adopted was on a special diet and they gave me a bag of this special for FOR FREE! Excellent customer service and an overwhelming displacy of decency that you just dont find many places these days. Would be going back for all my pet needs If I lived in Omaha. However, I live 3.5 hours away in KC. Highly recommend this place if you do live in the area!

We use to purchase our grain free products from another premium retailer and switched to LDFC since their prices are a few bucks cheaper. Nice staff whos always willing to help when you go in. They have a reward program for every $300 you spend. The other place we use to get our food from did offer a discount after every $100 spent but that wasnt a deal breaker to us when we switched. Will continue to purchase from LDFC!

The costumer services is amazing!! They do delivery if needed! They host so many animal rescue events with so many different local rescue groups. They help the public get a chance to potentially find the rescue pet that will be the perfect fit! A+ products. The staff is so knowledgeable. I suggest going there if you havent to see what their all about. Also look them up on Facebook to see pictures of all their events :)

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. I started buying my raw food somewhere else at first and then tried Long Dog Fat Cat after a couple of bad experiences at the other store. I have been very happy with the quality and price of the food and their toys and treats are much more reasonable than a lot of other high end stores. The staff seem to really enjoy working there.

This place is just awesome. Its a small store, but they have a great selection. Every time I walk in Im asked if theres anything I need help finding. They often host rescue groups where they bring in dogs for adoption. Prices are reasonable and Im always happy to shop at a locally owned store.

Great place...we had a dog with bad allergies. After talking to the owners we found a food that was less than what we had been feeding but a lot better for the dogs. He looks great now. Store has a rustic feel too it and is packed with stuff but someone always helps me find whatever I need.

How many ways can I share how much we love LDFC? Great selection of pet foods, toys, and other goodies. They offer friendly service and great selection while also being a local retailer. Its wonderful to have such great local establishments that we can visit with our pup!

LDFC employees are friendly and the store is always clean and welcoming. Prices are good and they will specuorder food if requested. What we like the most about this store is that they always have events for Dog Rescue Groups.

They have the best choices in dog food. I switched many years ago and my dogs havent been sick since. They used to get sick a lot with the cheaper brand from the chain stores. It does make a difference!

Expensive but they have anything you could possibly need for your pet. We got a puzzle feeder bowl to slow down or dog and we get our food there too
