Went to order something so simple and turned into a nightmare. I placed the order, sent in the Rx and figured everything was taken care of. Next day noticed my card was charged and was pumped thinking how easy it was. Then I got an email saying the Rx wasnt accepted and they had to contact the vet. No biggie I called the vet and was surprised to learn valley vet had charged my card but not even called the vet. So I emailed them back and asked for a supervisor to call me. Some assistant called who didnt know the billing policy, told me I wasnt seeing the charge because there was no way it was there, and was incredibly rude. She swore they dont charge the credit card unless the order had shipped but the order didnt ship and there I was looking at a charge online. Getting nowhere... So I asked to have a supervisor call and ended the call. Instead of a sipervisor calling and fixing the problem the assistant cancelled the order. So if you want to waste 2 business days of waiting for meds that they dont plan on sending and then another wait to get your money back (money it was impossible they took) And at the end of the day there is a pet not getting what they need. Incredibly disappointing.

This company sucks. Point, blank, period. They are incredibly rude when you call and have a complaint. I ordered the Salvo flea and tick collar and used it on my dogs for 3 months. After those 3 months, I noticed that they had fleas, which isnt supposed to happen with these collars! My boyfriend and I had to spend a bunch of extra money just to buy other products to relieve our dogs and home of fleas! It was a frickin nightmare!!!! I received a refund for the collars, however, they did not give me a complete refund. They did not give me my money back for the shipping and handling that I paid for! They told me that the shipping and handling fee was nonrefundable, which says NOWHERE on their website. Also, I called to complain about how I didnt get a full refund and the lady was so rude and acted like she did not care at all about the inconvenience I was having! DO NOT BUY FLEA AND TICK COLLARS! They truly do not work and you are better off buying the chewy or the topical!

Online system is easy to use, they recorded my written prescription making reording easy, I received my order by UPS (which I prefer over USPS which is a nightmare to use in our area). Nicely packed and everything was received and was exactly the same product my vet sells for $58, Valley Vet cost to me was less than $15. There is a serious markup problem with many vets for simple medication and supplies for cats in our area, but Im sure 300-500% markup is normal for most local vets, if you need it right there and then pay otherwise Valley Vet had our supplies at almost 1/4 the cost. Note. My local vet stated they do not take incoming calls or send faxed prescriptions.. I had to get a written prescription making sure it clearly stated brand names and being very specific to what I needed, I dont think they like having you buy online and save.. they are indeed for profit.

I cant believe they dont have more GREAT reviews! I have used VV for over a year for Percorten-V to treat my pups "Addisons". Originally just for the pricing, but now their customer service will make me loyal regardless of price! (Probably shouldnt tell em that). I recently had an order that shipped and arrived within the specified amount of time. Unfortunately the ice packs "Nordic Ice Brick", had thawed and were at 90.5 degrees when the meds arrived at my Orlando, FL home. The meds recommended temp 59-86 degrees. I called Valley Vet customer service who transferred me to Pharmacy ( Justin). Totally understanding and concerned, Justin worked it out with me and I had the express package the next day! The transaction took about 15 mins. What a great relief. Kudos to the entire staff

Seeing that my card had been charged for my order, I assumed everything was all set. But after 4 weeks my order still had not arrived. I called and asked them for the hold up. The representative said they had faxed my vet twice and had not heard back. I told them they should have called or email my vet - following simple protocol in order to make sure my order was processed and sent; after all I had been charged! I followed up later with my vet and she said she had faxed over the approval for the prescriptions. In addition, I was told that I got an email telling me that they are waiting for my vets approval - I did not receive an email. I will not be ordering from Valley Vet again.

I ordered medication for my dog. They were quick to process my order and shipped it out the same day my vet replied to approve the prescription. I paid for express shipping so as to not expose the medication to the Texas summer heat for too long and they even packed it with ice packs in a styrofoam box! the medication had well over a year of time left AND this is the most affordable place I was able to find for this medication. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Super fast and efficient. I procrastinated about sending in my prescription until my dogs meds (metacam) were almost gone. I finally mailed it on a Friday, they had the prescription in their system and the meds scheduled for pickup by Tuesday and I received it the following Friday, just before we ran out entirely. Very pleased and will use them again.

Spent thousands of dollars with Valley Vet of the years. I received a $399 bottle of Adequan came to my house boiling HOT today. Customer service was terrible when I called. Wanted me to speak with a pharmacist to tell me that it was ok to give even though it turned YELLOW. FYI it should be clear

I have been buying my cats medicines from Valley Vet for a few months now. Have been thrilled with the speed at which they arrive! Prescriptions are processed very quickly, and their prices are often less than half of what I pay at the Vets office/pharmacies in town. Highly recommend!!!
