I get it..reviews are important. So why didnt you deliver? Oh, thats right..fake reviews! My story: Thanksgiving engagement plan. Gobs of food. Meeting the "future in-laws". Get Steves permission(future father in law) for Cheryls hand in marriage. Sweating like a fool with a rock in my pocket and hopefully she says yes. All I needed was one thing, the ring. I needed a nice ring at a fair price. Lets Google this. Four Real Jewelers in the area. No malls, I dont trust the chains. Visited each jeweler in town. Were moving back home so buying where it locally was a must. Now for my experience at Dolands. Nice store, looks good. Read the reviews, heres where it gets revealing, there is recent rash of 5 stars with "great service" & "great selection" online. Sketchy but hey, they have been around a bit, so lets get me a ring. Saturday morning when I visited and was given the sales presentation, 4Cs and all that. Asked for my budget. Gave it to him. He seriously looked disappointed! "We have some " petite solitaires" but when I asked for something in the cushion cut that she wanted I got a "We dont have that small of a size in stock. " Me: "Can you get it?" Him: "Why dont you leave your info and well do some research." Fine. No call in a week. Sad part and why the 1 star. I called them, you know, to try to buy something. Girl answered and all I can say is she must of thought she put me on hold. Talk in the background had one sentence that still stings a bit. "..when he gets a real budget well have options, tell him....." I hung up. Gets better for me though. Went somewhere else. Treated like a person. Bought ring. Got a Yes from Steve, then Cheryl. Ill get a better job, earn more, buy her a better ring in time. Just not from you, ever.

Had my wedding ring repaired and was looking to have another ring made. Ended up at another Jeweler who happened to look at my "repaired" ring and told me there were two cracks in it. When i went back to Doland, I was told it must have already been that way and I would have had to ask for the cracks to be repaired - they offered to charge me to fix it again. I told them the other jeweler advised me to ask for my money back. The man helping me raised his voice and told me there was nothing they would do for me. SUPER rude. In one months time we had purchased two necklaces, earrings, and paid for the repair. I was not expecting to be treated so badly for pointing out an error. I had to ask the man more than once to lower his voice as I was not being rude to him. NO APOLOGY. Would never do business with them again.

I love working with Doland Jewelers! We have visited the store often in trying to decide the right ring. Every time we have stepped into Dolands we have been greeted by the friendly staff. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Lucas Doland. I was very detailed in the ring I wanted, therefore we decided to have one designed. During the process, Lucas kept me informed while not giving away the surprise. He made sure the ring turned out the way we were expecting it. My fiance and I are just blown away by what we received! The ring exceeded our expectations, and they even gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Amazing service.

My Fiance bought my ring at Dolands and I love it. When we went back to to pick our wedding bands they were so nice. My Fiance failed to mention that I get to wear anything in the store on my wedding day. THAT IS AWESOME! I went around looking at everything, I was like a kid in a candy store. Kaitlyn helped me pick something out that was perfect. I cant wait to wear it on my wedding day:):)

Then I went to purchase, and received the same attention. As you look around every customer is treated with great respect. There selection in jewelry, prices, and friendly staff. After going in to discuss my custom ring no less than 5 times, we proceeded with creating the custom piece only to be called 3 days later to advise the price they quoted was $1800 more than what they quoted. Rather than honor the price I had to cancel the order. I would never recommend going here, the service was terrible and they dont stand by their estimates...NEVER AGAIN!!!!
