My fiancé and I went into the Kay Jewelers store with intentions to get my engagement ring repaired. I had a prong that was sticking out at a sharp point. Our sales associate Laura took a look at my ring, and informed me that she would need to send it in for repairs. If she had filed it down, the diamond would have had potential to fall out. We were unaware that the protection warranty had not previously been purchased for my ring. We were happily informed that we could still purchase the warranty, and Laura could send it off to be repaired! While we were there, Laura showed us around the store, and let us try on several items. She even showed us options that we would have never thought to consider! My fiancé and I never once felt pressured! We were so pleased with the incredible knowledge and amazing customer service! We ended up purchasing a wedding ring for my fiancé, a diamond enhancer ring for my engagement ring, a watch, and a necklace with earrings set to match my wedding gown! We purchased beautiful jewelry at an incredibly low price! We were so blown away with Lauras incredible knowledge and amazing customer service! We will never shop for jewelry anywhere else! We cant wait to go back! Thank you Kay Jewelers for perfecting my wedding day!

WORSE JEWELRY STORE EVER.......WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.......my diamond fell out after 7 months of getting the ring was not informed when we bought the ring to bring it back every 6 months to have it checked took the ring in to get it repaired about a month ago and they informed us that because we didnt have it checked at 6 months that we would have to pay to get it fixed (we bought the insurance plan) and because this was the first time it happened they would go half the price of the diamond we wouldnt take that as a answer so they got the price down a little bit more still pissed about it we said screw it just fix it almost a month later I called 3 or 4 times to get the info about my ring and I kept getting well we will call the office and call you back and I NEVER got a called back so FINALLY after calling them 2 times today I finally got well were just waiting to here if its a go or not......my husband told them last month to go ahead and fix it.........WILL NEVER BUY JEWELRY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN

Beautiful store and I got a wonderful ring for my engagement. They were so nice and helpful we are so glad we went here. I cant wait to wear my ring. I got blue in memory of my grandmother and because me and my fiance are having a little boy on November. Thanks Kay ur awesome

Absolute junk. The shank on my ring has split 3 times now and I have only had it for 1 year. Absolutely ridiculous
