I have never been more satisfied with customer service at any other establishment. So I own this piece of jewelry that is very special to me. Its just a simple silver band I wear on my ring finger with Hebrew engraving on it. It is probably only worth $30, but it means a lot to me and is the only jewelry I ever wear consistently. (Im not the most fancy person.) So it has been getting pretty loose, and I didnt want it to slip off of my finger, so I took it to the jewelers to get it sized down a size and a half. I walk in to this very beautiful and dazzling store with my $30 sterling silver ring. The man I spoke to was so friendly, and he proceeded to tell me that resizing generally starts at $85. I held my breath, a little embarrassed, thinking I could never afford that and the ring itself isnt even worth that much. He then pauses, looks at my little ring, and says, "But Ill give you a discount since you seem like a very nice girl." He dropped the price over $50 for me, but then proceeds to say, "But Ill treat it like its $100 million, because I know thats what its worth to you." It was the sweetest thing! And yes, that ring certainly is worth that to me. They called me barely an hour later, my ring sparkling and beautiful, even more so than when I first bought it. When I tried it on, it fit perfectly of course, and when I marveled, "Wow, it is absolutely beautiful!" The same gentleman replied, "Well I believe its the woman who wears it." Thank you Indigo Jewelers for making even your most humble customers feel valued and like a queen.

Mr. M and his team are the best. They made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend. Hospitality is rare in our times but it is not forgotten by Mr. M. Please visit here before you make a final decision on any jewelry purchase. My experience: I went in looking for a custom made wedding band for the perfect ring I for my girlfriend. Many other "jewelers" gave me outrageous quotes and spent little time asking me what I needed. I was fed up but I decided to visit one more store. Indigo Jewelers. When I walked in, the friendly manner and hospitality of Mr. M and the girls was a stark contrast to the previous stores I had visited. He listened to what I needed, examined the ring, and gave me an extremely reasonable price. He even cleaned my mothers rings while we talked about what I wanted. He truly loves what he does and is an artist. The final product was stunning. If you are frustrated with other "jewelers" that only sell from catalogs, visit Indigo Jewelers. You wont be disappointed.

I wanted to resize my fathers fifty year old wedding ring to use for my own upcoming nuptials. I went to Indigo simply because it was the nearest jewelry shop to my home. They treated myself and my fiance as though we were long time customers. Micheal told me he would treat the ring as though it was worth a million dollars because he understood the irreplaceable sentimental value it held for me. He cleaned my fiances jewelry and complimented the ring we got from an outside jeweler. Though we were only paying for a resizing he stressed the pride he took in being a personal jeweler to all, never tried to sell us on anything other than the service we requested, and even offered to loan jewelry for the entire bridal party. When we got the resized ring back it looked brand new despite fifty years of scratches dings and dullness that it had before. And all at a very reasonable price. Micheal is old school, knows his stuff and has the utmost respect and warmth for every person who comes in his store.

I cant begin to thank Mr. Micheal and the family at Indigo Jewelers enough. Last year, Mr. Micheal took his time to help my future husband find the perfect diamond and band design for my engagement ring. The ring fit not only my finger, but me perfectly. We were so impressed that when it came time to get my wedding band, we did not hesitate to return to Indigo Jewelers. Once again, Mr. Micheal took his time working with us to help turn my vision of a band into reality. He put his expertise to work and far exceeded my vision. I absolutely love my band! It is perfect! My experience with Indigo Jewelers has been fantastic. Michael makes you feel like the most important customer in the world. He and the entire staff go above and beyond. I took one of my late mothers rings in to see about having the stones put into a new setting. The staff was very helpful in showing me all the new settings that would work, but in the end, Michael said that since my moms ring had sentimental value, he wouldnt want me to regret my decision to have the stones reset. He jokingly said that hed like to sell me a new setting, but that more importantly, hed like me to be happy with my decision. I ultimately decided to keep my moms ring intact, but I WILL certainly shop at Indigo in the future. Any jewelry store more interested in making me happy than in taking my money has my vote!

Michael and his staff were exceptional in helping me redesign my parents jewelry. They had both passed away recently and I needed to have pieces cleaned and redesigned . Michael came up with the perfect solutions for all of it and they turned out more beautiful than I could have hoped for. His work is exceptional and you can tell he has put a part of himself in every piece. His staff also goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Among all of this, I purchased a yellow diamond solitaire ring and he sent the diamond back three times before he was finally happy with it. He treats every customer like family. Not knowing a lot about fine jewelry, walking in to look for rings was a bit intimidating....but from the first moment, I knew we had come to the right place! Personal, professional, genuine care and attention is what we experienced. We had time challenges and were on a budget, but Mike and the staff made the impossible happen, and they were sincerely happy and excited to help us. I have never had a personal jeweler before and I can confidently say I will never have another one now that I have worked with Michael.
