The jewelery store that us there now is not the same owners or people. I liked the other owners. They were more profesional and nicer to their customers. The current store fixed my ring they gave it back to me with something stuck in the the prong wedged into the blue diamond. I had them clean it and get it out. When i got it back there were deep scratches on both sides of my ring. I took it back again and they finaly fixed their mistake but was extremely rude! They put the scratches in it when they fixed my ring the 1rst time. Not a good way to treat a customer ! We were planning on purchasing more rings .if you want respect and to be treated nice with professionalism , i dont recomend this store. They havent been opened very long and took over a existing location.

I was given a gift certificate for Christmas. Went in there looking for simple hoop earings. Young man was friendly. Found some. He told us the price minus 20% off. As he was ringing it up he had trouble so he went in back to see I assume owner. (The owner came out front twice not saying hello or anything, not like the friendly person Paul Stewart was). When he the young came back out and rang it up it was not price he quoted when we questioned he said owner said they didnt qualify for 20% off. Maybe the owner should have come out and explained that. We were long standing customers of previous owner so we hoped new owner would be as customer sensitive as Paul. Well let me tell you he isnt and we made our first and last purchase from Harris Jewelers

For many years I used Stewarts Jewlers with no problems, first time I use the new owners Harris, was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a watch band assuming they would size and attach. Got a call stating the band was in but they needed some tool to attach. I was on vacation when they called so when I got back in town I called to make sure they had their tool, when I called they acted like I was nuts, but to come get my new band. When there they informed me they did not attach are size bands, I told them about the call and a needed tool, they acted as though I was lying and were quite rude. If they had been upfront about not attaching are sizing I would have understood, but they proved to me they are not professionals. My business will go elswwhere.

Mr Harris, owners of Harris Jewelers and his staff are probably the worst people you can deal with when it comes to repairs of watches. He will tell you he can do the repair in his store and it will take at the most one week. This he keeps on saying every week following the first week. Now going into week four, he start blaming the manufacturers for not sending him the parts. Asking him to give us the watch back, he then turns around saying it is not with him but at the repair center. This after he tells you he does it himself. One lie after another and we still do not have our watch back.

I took a ring into Harris Jewelers that, while not of great value, was personally very important. It needed numerous facets repaired, and many stones replaced. I picked it up today (sooner than promised), and it now looks as beautiful as the day I purchased it, over 20 years ago ... plus the final cost was less than the original estimate! Wonderful service, wonderful people. Theyll have my future repair business, and purchases!

We have had purchased several items from Bill@ Harris Jewelers and have had several repairs performed. He has always been honest and treated us with great customer service. Recently we had a repair done and they were quick, friendly and did great work. If you are looking for a great jeweler I would highly recommend them.

This is a great jewelry store. Mr. Harris had customized several pieces of jewelry over the years and recently completely redid my grandmothers +45 year old wedding ring, making it look brand new. I would definitely recommend.
