Brought three watches in with me to get a battery for only one. I told the lady I was only interested in having one working watch, whichever one has the most value. She picked up all three watches, turned around and sat down. I thought she was looking at the watches to determine which had the most value. Five minutes later she explained that one watch was broken and she had replaced the batteries in the other two and she expected payment for both batteries. I reiterated twice again that that I only wanted one repaired. She didnt seem to care. I didnt care to stand there and argue over this. I now have two working watches but feel ripped off. I wont go back.

Great work done by someone who knows the art and makes pieces in house. So friendly, will never use another jeweler. I only want custom work I cant even get a brand name to bend a prong for a diamond​ straight. Lost art. Good artists dont cost an arm and a leg. Con artists do to make you think its art.
