If I could give Jareds a negative star rating I would. My husband and I went there for an anniversary band for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The salesman, Vernon, was just that - a salesman. He said what he needed to to make the sale. Prior to purchasing the ring I asked what sort of diamonds they are (he said H-I color and SI1 - SI2 clarity. Not fabulous but I was OK with it. I also asked, will there be an appraisal provided with the ring? His answer, yes, Ill send that out within a day or two. Bought the ring and went home. Two 1/2 weeks later I had yet to receive the "appraisal". I called the store and the lady who answered was confused because they dont offer appraisals for free! I would have to come in with my ring and pay for an appraisal. What? But they would offer an insurance replacement form. Fine, not what I was told but Ill take it. She said that Vernon was on lunch break but would call me upon his return. 4 days later I called back because I never got a return phone call. 3 days after that I received my insurance replacement form. What does it say under clarity "I" - which means IMPERFECT. Im blazing mad at myself for trusting Jared. A lot of jewelry stores wont even carry I clarity diamonds. But Jared has no problem carrying and selling you imperfect diamonds for a thousand plus dollars. I highly highly discourage anyone from shopping there. Find a more reputable jeweler!

Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else! This place will take your money with a smile and leave you standing when it falls apart. Thats literally what happened to me. Purchased their so special Le Vian earrings less than 6 months the post breaks off. When I call Le Vian (not Jared) they told me THEY CANT HELP ME, THEY ARE ONLY WHOLESALERS! I wonder how many people know that? Should say that on the sign in the store, Le Vian Wholesale. Full disclosure! Now Im left with one option, get the same pair. Well thats not what I expected. I want my money back they sell junk jewelry and do not stand behind their product. They do not care about their customers. Kay is also a sister to Jared and Ive also been taken advantage of by them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I have used 2 different Jareds in hope that the other would be a better experience. Apparently thats not going to happen. The Brentwood store tried to give me a kinked necklace with a pendant I was buying, and when I told them I wanted a new one without kinks they laughed and found a nicer one and said "dont tell anyone you got the better one" and put the kinked one on a different pendant in the showcase. And now 2 years later that necklace broke, they ran me through hoops just to have it fixed like it should have been but not after till my wife and I went up there 3 separate times finally telling me that the jeweler must have been lazy and not wanted to fix it the 1st time. Save your time and go somewhere more professional.

This place is terrible for their customer service. I walked in with my wife and 2 kids and never once go a hello or someone will be right with you. We were in there for 10 or more minutes and never got one of their a** hole employees to help us. I guess they dont like to make money. Took my business to the Shane Company and highly recommend them over all others. Especially these losers.

I have been to quite number of other jewelry stores and love the employees at jared they were welcoming, helpful and not pushy or rude like other places I have been. My fiance got my ring from them and we are completly happy with our ring and how much it appraised for which is alot more than we had spent. Please go and see for yourself.
