Charles is incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. I had found quite a bit of jewelry and antiques after clearing my grandparents house for an estate sale. After a couple EXTREMELY pitiful offers for my grandmothers keepsakes I stumbled across them and decided to get their opinion. It paid off tremendously - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VALUABLES ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEYS WORTH! The items I brought in were just a few of the lot I brought to other buyers. One guy offered $2000 for around a pound of precious diamonds and gold. A mere 4 items of that I brought to Charles and got a check for $1400. My guess is I had around $6000 that first guy tried robbing me of. Seriously, if you value your time and energy at all DO NOT SELL ELSEWHERE. Thank you Charles for not even attempting to low ball me on family keepsakes and for educating me on sure tell signs of real gold and gems.
