The selection is good. The staff is not friendly. I was looking forward to building a Pandora bracelet as a Christmas gift and I wish I would have went somewhere else; the "design consultant" was not helpful at all when I was trying to make my selections, and then upon check out she was using a calculator to figure the tax amount and it was all wrong, and the manager (Im assuming was the manager) started to argue with me about the price of the beads and the amount of tax for each one. Finally, I told her I wanted each bead on a separate ticket so that the computer would figure out the tax for her....I was right...I was almost charged $6.00 tax on a $30 bead. Even though, I liked the selection that was available, I will most definitely be finding a more cheerful and fun place to shop.

The younger blonde girl that works here has a bad attitude. I bought a charm as a gift for someone else and she did not even pack it up like usual. I was uncomfortable the whole time and left upset because of her and her attitude towards me. However, the older women that work here are very nice and helpful. Overall, dont go in expecting a wonderful experience because you wont get that especially if you are with the worker i had, she really ruined pandora for me.

Never even made it there because the staff wouldt answer the phone so I could inquire about an specific item. What retailer doesnt answer their phone?!?!
