I was in the market for an engagement ring. Ive wanted to get my long time girlfriend an upgraded ring but money has always been tight. I chose Decor Interiors at 13476 Olive Boulevard in Chesterfield, MO because a co- worker recommended them. When I went in, I was showed three diamonds in the price range we discussed. One out of the three was a clear diamond. The other two were cloudy and discolored. I chose the best of the three and was happy with the setting and ring I chose. I put down a deposit on the ring that day and left. When I came back two days later to pick up the ring and finish the finance paperwork, I noticed a huge crack in the center of the diamond. I could see it clearly without a eye loop. I then watched the sales lady take the ring around to every other worker who was there at the time, and have them check it out. Ten minutes later she comes back to me and says that they would change it out for another diamond. She grabs an earring stud and shows it to me, that diamond also had a crack that I could plainly see. Feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, I chose to take my business elsewhere & requested my money back. I would never go to this business for anything. The experience that I had here still leaves an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Joe and his staff are the best. I feel like Joe was part of my family and I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring. They helped my younger brother And I out. We told them our price range and they meet every expectation. They did not try to use high pressure tactics to up-sell us. I feel like they gave us a great deal and defiantly gave me the most for my dollar. All this being said i went back to buy my wedding rings here as well. They sold an improperly soldered engagement ring and will not take responsibility. This ring was over $7500 and 4 other reputable jewelers looked at the band and they all said it was improperly soldered. The entire setting just fell out within 4 months and now missing.
