My Farm

My now husband purchased my engagement ring here about 8 years ago.. I have to go to Romantique at least 2 times a year to have missing diamonds replaced.. they keep falling out.. Im told it is normal???? I think not.. it is random ones and it is frustrating to be told I have to pay for a repair each time. Please note that I have not paid and will not pay for something I cannot control and is obviously a faulty design to be repaired over and over.. we will not be returning for new jewelry however I did just notice I am missing 2 diamonds again so I will have to go back again. I was just there 2 weeks ago for the same problem but different diamonds. So frustrating! !

Waited 2 weeks past the day the ring should have been ready. I had to leave a family event on Christmas Eve to go pick it up from them. Was treated very unprofessionally when picking the ring up. I did recommend them to everybody before this but now I wont. No sense of urgency. Rude woman with short hair. Terrible customer service all around. Was promised calls back with updates on the rings shipment in and never received calls back. I do not and will not recommend or go to this place ever again.

Took a watch in for a battery replacement and they broke off the hand from opening the back. They replaced it with a larger hand that did not match the other one. They also returned the watch with the band not connected. If they had any quaility control this would not have been returned like this. We have done business with them for years, this is what happens when the children take over the family business. We are very unhappy with the service and will not return.

I visited Romantique Jewelers on May 1st, 2013 to browse their selection of watches and bracelets. I wanted to buy my wife a bracelet for her first Mothers Day. I was amazed by the selection of jewelry. They have just about everything you could ask for. The sales associate was very nice, patient and not pushy at all, as I have experienced at other jewelry stores. The prices are unbelievable. I would highly recommend!

Love this place! I went in there not knowing what I wanted, I knew I wanted a white gold band or dipping of rhodium. The salespeople were so friendly and helpful. I decided to get a white gold band that they recommended. I was calling and checking up, they never got annoyed or mad. Great deals, great work! Have been recommending people there since!
