I love this store. Its a true local gem. From the variety of the jewelry sold there (fine, contemporary, costume etc.) for each taste and budget, to variety of services offered (watch repair, battery replacements, jewelry repairs, etc.), to excellent customer service I have not encountered similar store in St. Louis. I had my diamond wedding band sized by Mavrik via installing sizing beads - I love how it stays in place now securely while showcasing the diamonds. I had special ring made for me by Mavrik - Igal (the owner) made sure its done right to my full enjoyment - even though the project appeared to be much more complicated than originally planned - and did not charge a dime over the price agreed upon. For me, no other stores come close.

The owner, Igal, is always around and so incredibly friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was being sold anything. My fiancé and I were actually the ones who were more insistent on buying. I love knowing the diamond in my engagement ring is from Israel and they have a great diverse selection. I trust it is the best of quality and I appreciate so much the follow-up maintenance Mavrik provides (free of charge) to maintain the beauty and quality of my ring. Its a very modern and pleasant storefront to walk into in the Kirkwood area and I know they will continue to take such great care of me and my jewelry needs. Any fine jewelry I need or want, I will forever purchase from Mavrik - cant say enough wonderful things about them.

Igal and his staff are phenomenal. Being in Grad school, funds were tight. He was able to work with me in not only designing a custom ring for my wife, but also the ability to afford it. Everyone is extremely attentive to your needs each time you walk into the store. My wife and I have recently moved to Texas, but will continue to use Mavrik for all of our jewelry needs. Mavrik offers a huge selection of jewelry in every price range. Mavrik is a great place to shop for gifts and yourself and special occasions. And Igals custom designed diamond jewelry is amazing! Igal redesigned a piece of my jewelry and I love it. And I trusted Igal to repair my mothers engagement ring. Igal provides excellent customer service. I give Mavrik Jewelry 5 stars because they have unique jewelry that you will not find anywhere else. they can do custom made jewelry as well. I ALWAYS tell my significant other of 7 years to buy stuff from here (if he plans to get me jewelry). I wouldnt get jewelry at any other place!!!!!! The wedding ring I want is at Mavrik Jewelry and I cant wait to get it!!!!!!!!

Mavrik Jewelry is incredible! It is a very individualized store. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable. The jewelry is very unique and personal. You will not find their items anywhere else. My mothers watch needed a new battery. I left the watch at Maverick overnight. When I picked it up, the band was tiny and would not even fit on her wrist. Something obviously happened between the time I dropped it off and the time I picked it up. After promising to make it right, they did not follow through. I am very disappointed with this business.
