I was referred by a friend when I need a new wedding band. My was not working because I use a wheelchair and it was taking a beating. The team at JDJ was fabulous in talking with me and listening to my needs. They suggest we custom design a ring that was flatter. They process was smooth and easy. Great customer service and very affordable prices. I am thrilled with how my ring turned out!! I highly recommend them. Wheelchair accessible parking with van unload area is locatd in the free lot right next to the building. Zero entry front entrance. Non-automatic doors but fairly light and staff often sees you coming and will open the door. Open floor plan.

My wedding ring became stuck on my finger so I came in and Tracey helped me get it off. We had to cut it, unfortunately. She soldered it back together and it looked beautiful. I also brought in a loose diamond from my mother in law and asked that they make a ring setting for it. It turned out beautifully and exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be returning in the future!
