Special thanks to Jennifer for all of her help. My sister and I were looking for a mothers ring, and went to 4 different jewelry stores before going to Zales. We were pretty disappointed with the selection at the other stores, but were impressed with multiple options at Zales. Jennifer was very knowledgable in the products, and did a great job at explaining different options. Our ring turned out beyond perfect and the price was very reasonable. We couldnt be happier.

They are horrible. I waited 12 weeks to get a size 4 bc they had to custom make it, then I finally got my ring.. Its a size 5!! They put a ring guard on it to make it fit my finger but said I would have to wait another 2 weeks to get the size I ORIGINALLY ORDERED. Never shopping here again.

Horrible service. They had two sales associates working with one customer ignoring all other customers in the store. They really need to learn how to allocate their resources a little better to retain business!
