This jeweler is the best! We worked with John on purchasing an engagement ring and wedding band and loved every minute of it. He spent hours with us picking out the perfect ring, and we never felt any pressure at all regarding our purchase. He actually talked us out of a more expensive band we were looking at by showing us a comparable one that was much cheaper. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the diamond and band we chose, making sure we felt comfortable with our purchase. He also respected the budget we told him we wanted to work with and didnt show us anything that would put us over. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing jewelry, and will be coming here for all of my future purchases.

By far the best experience I had while shopping for rings. I went to the mall and other "well-known" jewelers in the St. Louis area...::ahem:: Shane Co. and some places in the mall and they are all filled with greasy sales people who dont want to get to know you and what she really wants. Moritz-Reusch is different, they actually sit down with you and go through every option. Everyone is so nice to work with and I really feel like were part of a family up there. Dont let the appointment thing worry you, my budget was $2k and we found a great ring for the money. I was actually able to get more bang for the buck because they dont have to pay a huge rent in the mall.

I cannot accurately describe how highly I recommend this place! John sat with me for over two hours and helped me make the perfect engagement ring for half the price of anyone else. He went slow, explained every detail and answered all of my questions without being even a little pushy. I didnt feel like someone was selling me a ring, It felt like a friend was helping me make the best decision. Honestly, please ship around. Go to Kays, Zales, Jareds or anywhere commercial. Those places using their dated, pushy sales techniques and over inflated prices will only make you appreciate this place that much more. 10/10 will shop here again.

We were referred to this store from a friend, and were very excited when we found the engagement ring we wanted there. After we had the ring for a few months, the diamond kept coming out of the prongs. After the second time it had come out within the first year, they said they would make the prongs bigger,. however we did not see a difference, and they wanted us to pay $100 to fix the ring that they sold me! Needless to say, with the money we spent there we do not feel that they were very accomodating with any of the requests to keep the diamond from falling out in the future.

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Not a single complaint! Customer service is excellent. Dan helped me and my husband get the perfect rings. They are beautiful and the best quality and most importantly in our budget. I got a ring I wouldnt of been able to at other stores! We will be back for future purchases!
