Me and Val entered The Jared, across from the Galleria mall and I must say that Leslie and Jim made us feel very welcomed. Leslie, especially took her time, was kind, funny, personable and a good listener. They all were so courteous, possessing outstanding customer service skill. I dont understand why so many are complaining about not being greeted. Im assuming it was at the Chesterfields location. Furthermore, Id like to address the actual product. Basically my fiancé and I left with much more than we expected and Id most definitely shop with them for the years to come. Finally, if you intend on shopping for beautiful, quality jewelry regardless of your budget, you must check out the Jared store at the Galleria Mall. -Bentley

I saw the not so good rating on google for the Richmond Heights location so I was a little nervous about what I was walking into. However, I absolutely will gladly be going back! I went in for a cleaning and inspection on my engagement ring. A staff member, Kathy, was with me immediately. Before taking my ring for a cleaning she explained the whole process to me, offered me a beverage, and introduced herself so I would know who had my ring. When she came back we sat together while she inspected my ring. Afterwards she gave me a copy of the inspection receipt and I was on my way. I cant speak for others but my experience here was a great one for sure!

It is such a convenient place for us, as I got my engagement ring from the Chesterfield Jared. So we decided to get his wedding ring there as well. Well I understood it is a busy holiday season, but the service was very poor. We were standing there good 10- 15 minutes, and no staff there was courteous enough to recognize us, first of all. A few people came after us were offered help before us, so we finally went out the door so did our $1,300 ring purchase that we got from some other jewelry place -

I went in to get my ring fixed that came in with the bottom thin and bent. They tried to tell me that they couldnt prove that it came that way and were going to make me pay to have it fixed until my boyfriend called the GM who confirmed it had the manufacturers warranty still so it got "fixed." now to find out they didnt didnt fix it with real silver and it turned my finger blue... Not to mention Im allergic to nickel so its hard to even wear because it makes my finger itch all day

Went in to look at wedding bands. My fiance and i were only in there for a few minutes.. We walked in and there was only 1 other customer in the store and a 4-5 associates working. Between walking in the door and browsing for a few minutes no one bothered to greet us or atleast tell us that we would be helped shortly.. It was as if we were invisible until we walked out and a lady told us to have a good night. Yet you couldnt come and help us...? Pathetic customer service

Megan is WONDERFUL!!! She is warm and very personable. She is not a normal salesperson. She is very knowledgeable, and makes sure that you are happy when you leave! Her follow up is very good! She emailed me and called me whenever they had a sale that I could save on the items I was looking at. I made a purchase with her a few days ago. I could have bought it online,but theres no way I could cheat her out of a sale. Make sure you ask for her when you stop in!

My boyfriend and I walked in, searching for that perfect something... Walked around inside for about 5 minutes without a "hello, may I help you?" or anything close to that, and there were 3-4 sales workers on staff. I will not be going back to this location, the one in Chesterfield was a much better experience! Very helpful staff!

Youre better off going to an independent dealer. You arent paying for convenience by getting the extended warranty because you cannot get serviced in a different state. they will not look up your receipts. It is not worth the mark up.

Wanted to get a custom engagement set. I paid in FULL, then they didnt want to do the work. After 3 months of unreturned phone calls and broken promises, I finally got my money and ring back. Will never shop there again

If I could give this store negative stars I would. Dont shop here. I found them to be incompetent and very uncaring when a purchase went south. Manager is arrogant.
