I purchased a car 4 months ago from Car City, contingent on them fixing an oil leak, loud exhaust and other minor issues that were found. After they already had their money on a Saturday I was contacted on Monday by my salesman Dave M. to come get my "fixed" car. The oil leak was not fixed per our agreement. It was taken into the "mechanic" on Merle Hay Rd and they were going to look at it and fix it this time. The second time we received the car back it still was seeping and leaking. We then proceeded to take it to their shop on SE 14th St. They looked at it and fixed it this time for the third time. Well lo and behold it still was leaking and parts that were on the car at the time I took it in were missing and/or not put back correctly and I stated to them I didnt feel comfortable taking it back to their mechanics. They looked at it the 4th time and said they couldnt find a leak and we ended up this time at Karl Chevrolet who fixed it correctly on the 4th time as they had put something on backwards causing it to still leak. I would definitely not purchase a car from them if I were you and if you do, look at literally everything. I was told by Dave that they wanted to make it right but its a little late to make it right after the 3rd time of messing things up and I was spoken to in a very condescending tone almost every time and as a paying customer I expected to be treated with respect and talked to like a human being not talked down to. I emailed Gregg a couple times also who not once thought he should actually respond to my inquiries and concerns. My first instinct of not purchasing this car was correct and I wish this car was never purchased. My response to Greggs response: And still the condescending tone is used even in this response from him which is what I had to deal with during this whole situation. Im not going to be told what to do! Im not going to show extra appreciation and give a 5 star review, which is what is wanted, when what we agreed on day one was not fulfilled without a fight. I wasnt going to give in and just say oh thats okay lets not fix it. When you sign a contract and agree on something I expect that is what gets done at whatever cost and if they didnt want to pay to fix it they shouldnt have agreed to do so in the beginning. Whats wrong with a $6000 car, which ended up being way overpriced for all the issues that are still wrong with it, with 115,000 miles? I drove the same 2001 car for 13 years with 140,000 miles when I got rid of it to get this car and should have just kept it and then wouldnt have had to deal with this. There is also no mention from him about all the parts that were missing from my car when it was returned to me each time which I shouldnt have to worry about so make sure you check everything out thoroughly before purchasing a car!

I went here and dealt with Mohammad Ali. This gentleman seemed to know exactly what he was talking about and was knowledgeable about vehicles and very personable. He was attentive and helpful. My significant other and I purchased a SUV At a reasonable price. The SUV we purchased had a headlight that was out which Mohammad Ali made sure that that was replaced and the key battery for unlocking and locking the car was replaced . Made sure I had a full tank of gas. Made us feel comfortable with our decision and happy about purchasing a vehicle which is supposed to be a great experience but it is very nerve-racking. I would recommend Mohammad Ali a very nice gentleman. When the dealership was replacing the light they gave me at a car to drive since I was unable to take my SUV and it was of no charge. They really fulfill my needs.

My wife and myself were looking for a 4 wheel drive pickup and decided to give car city a try. We had looked at many dealerships around and was given the typical run around until we got to car city. They were very friendly and easy to approach and very knowledgeable about what we wanted. Now chance was that very day a truck they had a truck that my wife loved and we made an offer and a deal was made. We purchased our truck in February and just a little over 4 months of having our truck we have a few issues with our purchase. The best thing about car city is their willingness to help the customer after the purchase. I will and have recommended this place to all my frirnds and family and would recommend them over the big name dealerships.

it started off really good said they would work with us and they did, but it was a lie they told me my wheel barring was causing my check engine light to turn on even after tuffys told me it was my fuel pump this was about a month ago then two days later check engine light comes back on. i dont know whats it could be cant afford to have it fixed by a shop cause there just as big as a scam i really thought they were repeatable i was still pleased that they fixed my wheel barring but to have the nerve to tell me thats why my engine light came on is unbelievable. check engine light is still on. i have two kids so no money to get car fixed been saving up

DO NOT ever purchase from car city. They do not stand behind there cars at all. Mohammed is a liar and sarcastic no it all. My daughter had nothing but trouble with her G6 since the day she bought it. They supposedly took it the the mechanic to have it fixed and it was NOT... my daughter ended up dropping more money in the car rh en its worth it was wrecked and they told her it was not. Biggest POS. On the road. Not only does she still owe on it but it is now sitting with a blown motor. I would NOT allow my worst enemy to buy from these people. And as u see Greg the owner has an excuse for everything as to why it it not his fault.

Pay the money to have a reputable mechanic look over the vehicle before you purchase it from this place. That was our mistake. I could tell the whole story but Im tired of explaining how crooked this place is. Dont believe everything they try to tell you. Remember they are USED car salesmen. Their response to this will also be a line of crap they will want you to believe....DONT. Trust ME Im not a sales person Im a mom who is upset they screwed my son over on his FIRST vehicle purchase.

This is a used car lot to stay away from. They had a van I had been looking for. After emails and calls I put money down on van. Drove hundreds of miles to find vehicle that had no dealer prep. The salesman took a little under a hour to help us. Why, because they had sold a car to a lady and had no idea where the keys where. The radio was not working and has now cost me $785 to fix on a 2014 van. Now it would seem they have no idea how to process titles either.
