Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. unfortunately, websales is a joke. i posted a review for websales on the new castle store separately because the guys at winchester try their hardest to help wherever they can, but their hands are tied in terms of web. Again, good store if you go in and purchase, will take the time to help you understand what you need, what you are buying and all equipment associated with it. will also take their time to explain everything you need to know before you make a purchase. very patient overall.

They dont have a very large selection, but they can order stuff for you. If youre looking to get practice rounds theyre over priced here, but they have a decent amount of hollow points/defense rounds available. Just wish they had a range.

Good service. No typical gun shop ninja b.s. Good selection, tons of accessories. Best prices around. They get almost all of my firearms related business. When Mr. Price tells me something, I trust him.
