I went in to purchase a Bersa 380 gun for my wife. I picked out the gun I wanted and paid for it. Then I get a call from Guns and Gear telling me my background check came back saying I could not buy the gun. I then spoke to the owner and asked if they could hold the gun until I got this mess straighten out. He told me they would hold it for me. I got clearance to buy the gun. Immediately I went to guns and gear to pickup my gun. The gun serial number was on my receipt and stamped paid in full. The lady told me they didnt have the gun because she had sold it to someone else. She told me she didnt have any Bersa 380 s in stock and then tried to sell me the short version and I said no. Then she showed me a Bersa 380 custom in a case this was about $80.00 dollars more. I asked for a discount since the fault was theirs and mine. She offered to give me about $20.00 dollars. I said I would have to talk this over with wife. When I went back to Guns and Gear the owner was there. I told him what had happened and showed him my receipt. He realized that this was their fault. I asked if he could give me a discount on the Bersa 380? He was going to give me a small discount, I told what his employee told me. Being it was close to Christmas I went ahead and bought the Bersa 380 gun kit paying the difference because this was going to be a Christmas present. Buying a gun is not a joke! I Guns and Gear was totally unprofessional. I WILL NOT purchase anything from again!

Great customer service. I had my Ar-15 and shotgun serviced and they were do e ahead of time and for a very reasona le price. Esst gu.gun store in toan!!!!went to bay guns and gear to have an SR5 and my shotgun serviced and they were so fast and didnt charge me much at all. The staff is outta ding and the shop is the best Ive been to since I moved here.

Gunsmith excellent!! I had a broken trigger plate in an old double 20 gauge and it would fire with the safety on. Their gunsmith expertly repaired the break and got it back in great/safe firing condition.
