I placed a Order on 5-12-17 for a Ruger MK IV that Buck Shot Sporting Goods claimed to have in stock. Received a email on May 17 that the estimated ship date of my gun would be 5/23-5/26. Those dates passed and still no word from Buck Shot Sporting Goods with a update or tracking number. By this point I had tried reaching them via email and phone with no reply. On May 30th I send a email and a automated email is sent to me with no direct reference to my order just a generic FAQs page. So on May 30 I send another email detailing how I will be forced to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges since I have not heard anything from them. I finally get a human typed email on May 30 that basically tells me what I already know that they do not have the gun (even tho their website said it was in stock). I respond back to that email thread, No response back from Buck Shot Sporting Goods. Last attempt was made on June 2 for some information and no response was given back. On June 5 credit card company fraudulent claims department was called and they started the process of having my money returned back to me. I have bought a number of guns over the internet and never have I been given such a run around and lack of communication. Most online orders for me take about 4-8 business days and its in my FFLs hands. Most companies also answer the phone and write you back when the buyer has a question about their order. This company does not do any of this. They want to lie about their stock status and then sucker people into buying from them and then hold their money and not ship a product. My Credit Card Companies Fraud department did advise me that if enough people had claims with this company that law enforcement would step in and investigate them. I encourage all who have outstanding orders with Buck Shot Sporting goods to contact their Credit Card Fraud department and file a claim. These people are not good people to deal with. This has been a nightmare from the start. The 1 star given is way to much credit to give to such a poorly ran business.

Placed my order on 3/17, received it 4/24. Initially the company sent me an email saying that my order would be shipped by 3/28... needless to say that did NOT happen. When emailing them the first time, I received an email (that was not automated) over a week later saying that my order would ship "soon". I gave it two weeks, still hadnt shipped. At this point I believed that I was being scammed, so I sent them an email letting them know that I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the nearly month old charges. This is where the miracle happens. They must have hired someone new to deal with the customer service aspect of the business. I got an email back the next day, saying my order would ship the following day and that they would send an extra magpul magazine to compensate for my inconvenience. At first I wondered if this would actually happen, but it did. They shipped my order along with the magazine (the magazine was sent to my home a couple days later). I DEFINITELY would have left a one star review if it were not for this final, very attentative, customer service interaction. I have a feeling the person that they hired is going to save this business. MVP. All in all, the only way I would ever order from them again is if they had an AMAZING deal that I was willing to wait a month to receive.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS This business shipped my gun to the WRONG FLL in a totally different state. Theyve already charged me for the gun. They will not respond to my calls OR emails, and my gun still says its awaiting pickup 6 hours away. To recap: I ordered on 4/28 On 5/28 they shipped it to Pennsylvania (my FFL is in Michigan) As of today, 6/4, the gun is awaiting pickup in Nashville, Indiana per USPS. They will not reply to me. They have my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS. If you do your research, you will see this is business as usual for these guys. They rope you in with low prices, and in return you get ZERO customer service and abysmal shipping times - in my case, complete incompetence. I will update this post as soon as they resolve my issue - or write/call me back for that matter!

ORDERED FIREARM ON 3/4/2017. NO COMMUNICATION UNTIL I PLACED A CALL ON 3/16/2017 TO FIND OUT ABOUT MY ORDER. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE STILL WAITING ON MY FFL TO EMAIL THEM THE PAPERWORK. AT THAT POINT I CALLED MY FFL AND TOLD THEM TO PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL WITH THE PERTINENT INFORMATION. DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING AGAIN UNTIL I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL ASKING ABOUT AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER. THEY EMAILED ME SAYING THAT ALL THE PAPERWORK WAS RECEIVED AND MY GUN SHOULD SHIP ON WED 23RD. APPARENTLY THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH WEBSALES UNLESS ITS THROUGH EMAIL NOT EVEN THEY CAN REACH THEIR OWN WAREHOUSE TO FIND ANYTHING OUT ABOUT YOUR ORDER. BOTTOM LINE IS IM STILL WAITING 3 WEEKS LATER CHECKING MY EMAIL CONSTANTLY FOR ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. FIRST AND LAST TIME THAT I GET ANYTHING FROM THEM. STAY AWAY.

ZERO STARS. Ordered my pistol "In Stock" on 4/22. Email said it would ship by 5/4 at the latest. Still hasnt shipped. I have emailed and called so many times. They responded to two emails. One saying "sir, we are working as fast as possible." That was it, no update or anything. The second one said they "did not forget about me" and would "escalate the status of my order." It seems like they did forget about me. I am contacting Browning today to suggest they stop doing business with this company, and filing a grievance with the Federal Trade Commission to enforce the online-merchant 30-Day/50-Day shipping policy. DO NOT ORDER HERE. The savings are not worth the headache.

Just as others have stated NOT worth ordering from. I asked for an update after 9 days of not hearing from them and them charging me for my purchase. I received 3 form letter Emails the finally wrote me back saying I was only on the 7th business day and they would happily refund me or complete my order. I replied back asking for an actual status and said if they didnt have my order processed by the 10th business day. Today 5/9 was the 10th business day and still no update. If I could give a lower score I would. NEVER do business with these people. I am contacting my CC company tomorrow and refusing the charge.

Ordered 4/26/2017 since they had the best price once I added FFL fees in NYC. No shipping info sent & no reply to multiple calls or multiple emails as of 5/15. Ive disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Its not worth the hassle to deal with Buck Shot Sporting Goods, especially given the 30 purchase authorization in NYC. I had to get a new purchase authorization from NYCPD due to Buck Shot Sporting Goods their shipping delays. I wish I had read these multiple reviews about shipping delays before wasting my time with them and taking time off to go to get a second purchase authorization.
