Very Disappointed in the after care service. These guys were great when we purchased our $1800 elliptical and $800 bike together, and our installation went well. My elliptical has now developed a very loud thump on the front that is progressively getting worse so I called last week and was forced to leave a message during normal business hours detailing the issue I was having, surprised to not receive a return call after 8 days. Today I called again and spoke with a woman and let her know my issue and asked if I could speak with a tech that might be able to help walk me through any adjustment or anything to help save a service call. She said to look for something loose! She said hopefully I can tell the tech what the problem is in advance that way he has the parts to fix it the first time and then they can save me the expense of two service calls! WOW, THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!! I was told the tech would call me back after he finishes an install today before noon. Well, today is over and no call back again.

Now this company knows how to treat their clientele. I have never dealt with a company who took their time and dedication to help their customers to full satisfaction. I was dealing with some treadmill issues. I order a part from here and received it as expected. After installing, I had some issues. Right away they took the time to contact me and walk me through step by step on what needed to be done. It didnt stop here though. Turns out I had another issue non-related. They went out of their way to continue to assist when they didnt need to. They stuck by to ensure all issues were resolved and went out of their way to get me what i needed to ensure I was back in business. Not only are they on my favorite list, but I will refer any family and friend to them for future needs. Thanks Treadmill Medic!

I have to say that I was very disappointed with the way Treadmill Medic handled a repair of ours. I called upon them to repair a treadmill that was broken during a moving process. I asked that they go take a look at the damage and let me know what it would take to fix it. A few days later, I was presented with a repair estimate for over $2,500.00! The treadmill that was damaged retails at $1900.00 brand new! I called Schellers Fitness and Cycling for a second opinion, and they were able to fix the treadmill for $275.00!!! I would definitely NOT call this company again for any type of repair.
