I have bought a few guns from them. The younger guys at the counter are not pleasant to deal with most of the time. I have seen them in arguments with customers in a very unprofessional manner. Still did business because it was local and on handguns they are not to bad on price. Until my last trip when I was buying a glock and the guy at the counter showed me the differences between the gen 3 and gen 4s. Decided I wanted to go with the gen 4 to change the back straps to fit my hand better. Rings me up, I go home and put the gun in the safe. Week later on a Saturday I go to get ready for the range and there it was, a brand new gen 3. Called the store and would not do anything for me.

My grandfather gave me a Jennings handgun that wouldnt fire I know Jennings is the best name in guns but the guy at the counter called it junk and it was the first gun I ever shot so it has sentimental value to me and they called it junk not only that they told me it was a broken firing pin and I bought a new one and went to get it fixed and that wasnt the issue it was a broken cam(5$ fix) but still if these guys were zero help a joke honestly if you ask me

The guys there are often friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful however Ive bought a few weapons from them now that have been absolutely terrible. They could use some better quality control with what they get in. I would still recommend them, just be careful with what youre interested in and if nothing else, just fork up the extra cash for a brand new gun.

They sell guns at a really good price, comparable to what you can get them for on gunbroker. They also have inexpensive ammo available. Best of all, they have a small range out back that you can rent to try before you buy. Wish they had a bigger selection of rental guns, but cant complain about the overall gun selection.

Jeff has always become my #1 go-to around the Muncie area. Ive bought from him both at the shop and at the Indy shows and always had excellent experiences. The overall feel of the store is very "Ma & Pa," and Im perfectly content trying to keep a place like that and with great customer service in business.

Employees are not the most intelligent people to deal with and ask questions from, especially AR related. Have a great supply of general items and accessories, great stock of barrels, supressors, spring kits, butt stocks and mags. I will be a return customer!

Employees playing with guns in the back , guy showing us guns had his finger on the trigger and pointed at me most of the time. Older guy tries WAY too hard to get you to leave with the most expensive item in the building in your hand.
