Im submitting this for my husband - who is a regular customer - who had abysmal experience the last 2 weeks. From Kevin Gravelle - Had an experience at your store in Middletown, Ky. that I need to share with everyone. Have a set of Power Bilt irons that I bought from them. I have been extremely happy with them for the most part. Last year I was playing a round and hit an 8 iron. The head snapped off the shaft. Took it to your store and had it reshafted. Was happy. This year hit a 9 nine and head snapped off the shaft. Took it back to store and got it reshafted within a week and it cost $25 for the service. Spoke with Brett about the situation and asked if there had been any complaints about the shafts. He said no. I told him about my past experiences. He told he to look at the other irons when I got home. If there were any problems bring the rest of the irons in and he would reshaft them for $20 a piece. I asked how long it would take to have them done and his reply was one week, worst senario a week and a half. Went home and sure enough there were cracks in the shafts of the other clubs. So I took them into your store. Over 2 weeks later them still had not been completed. Was told that they still needed to be gripped. But if I waited they would get it done. So I did. While waiting I walked the store and saw a new set of Power Bilts on sale discounted to $199 for the set. They finished my clubs and I went to counter to pay for the terrible service. They charged me $35 for each club for a total of $140 with no apology. Unbelievable. Talk about being shafted!! Not only my clubs but I got shafted also. Dont worry. I will tell every person I come in contact with on and off the course about the poor service and your inability to follow your word. By by the way, next time give me some lube first!!

First review I have ever written. I went to Golf Headquarters after reading reviews online, being new to the area it was the only thing I had to rely on. I was looking for a set of irons, preferably new, and preferably Ping (brand loyalty). I walked in and was greeted by Ted. We looked around for a while and we did some fitting. I was fit for shaft stiffness, lie, grip size, etc... After talking with Ted for a while I realized a nice set of used clubs was the way to go for me. Ted was super helpful, didnt rush me, and made me feel like I made the right choice with ease. Now I have a sweet set of Pings.

I continue to get great services from Tony and the rest of the staff on every visit. GH is out of my way, but just about the only golf shop I visit any more. They are that good The best place for golf equipment and instructions in Louisville. Top 100 outfitter. Tony and his staff are always helpful and current on all the new equipment and supplies. Great clothes selection as well. Oh yea dont forget to check out the 2 cases full of Scott Cameron items. Plenty to drool over in there.

Drove 3.5 hours total just to get fitted for Mizuno clubs. Top 100 rated for a reason. Best staff and fitting ever. Earned my business forever on anything golf. FYI they ship so dont bother looking elsewhere. Price and selection is best around and definitely the most fair and caring retail I have been in the entire state.

Went in for a used set of ping irons after some great over the phone advice. They took the time to test my swing speed and lie angle to make sure I was getting what I needed. The staff was very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I doubt Ill ever go anywhere else for my golf equipment. Thanks guys

The owner, Tony, is just phenomenal. If you buy used clubs he gives you a trial period. If you dont like the clubs bring them back for 100% back in store credit towards another set including new ones. Reasonably priced for trade ins. Dont even go to golf galaxy.
