The new management has made a difference here. I use the store for occasional shipping and Styrofoam peanut recycling, I know I was overcharge for shipping an item after I realized they charged me for stuff I did not want like insurance - tired them after the management change and I had great service.

Slow service from a staff that seemed more concerned about covering themselves with regard to corporate policy than making any attempt at helping me with shipping needs. They made sure it was right in the end but I could have easily wrapped my box with all the red tape they made me deal with.
