I frequent this Walmart pretty often since it is close to my house. I would strongly advise everyone to choose somewhere else to spend their money as this Walmart has extremely rude staff, is never stocked, understaffed and typically only has 2 lines open at a time. There are only a handful of staff who are friendly and willing to help. For instance a worker by the name of Forrest. He is extremely nice and pleasant and I have yet to witness him be rude or short with customers. While shopping last night, I witnessed a cashier who was angry with her supervisor, argue with myself and other customers about whether or not a customer was in line before she hit her close sign. This man had been standing in line for at least 15 minutes before she "closed". At the end of the day this is poor customer service especially since the man only had no more than 10 items in his cart. Im a pretty patient person myself and last night was the last straw. Im over receiving attitude from cashiers, who carelessly throw my items in a bag, and seem to be angry with every customer that comes through their line. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly advise others to do the same.

Poor customer service at the service desk, they are rude and dont know what theyre doing.one register open very seldom two are open at the same time. When I used the self check the items are priced wrong and I had to wait for 33 minutes until some one came to correct it. Tonight they couldnt cash a check because the person working in customer service didnt know how to cash it, when I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager . later she admitted she was in training. No manager or assistant manger working. After 30 minutes someone came over and said the key pad doesnt work. I will go out of my way to go to another store. The is just some of the bs they put you thru when you shop at this Wal-Mart. I hate that store!!!! A waste of time energy. Dont shop there!!

I went here for the 2nd time yesterday and the service I experienced was awesome! I was greeted as I walked in and every employee was smiling as they were working! I went to the self check out and I accidentally rang up one of my items twice so I went to find someone to help me. I found an employee at another self check out ringing up some of her own personal items. I asked if she was on break, and she said yes but I can still help you. I said oh no its okay Ill let you enjoy your break and Ill find someone else to help. She insisted that she was free to help. After she helped me, she smiled and thanked us for coming in. I was so thankful. I never get this kind of service at any other Walmart!

This is the closest grocery to my house. I was excited when it first opened and chalked up the long lines and overwhelmed staff to it just opening. That is not the case. I go to walmart 2 or 3 times a week and because this one is the closest i visit it 1 or 2 times a week, unfortunately i have never waited in line for less than 15 minutes, and the staff is still really overwhelmed.i waited in line for 33 minutes today with my 2 small children. There were only 2 realnlines open and the only reason i got through line in 33 minutes is because 2 people let me go in front of them. I will not be shopping at this location again, i will be shopping at the kroger up the road.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is a new food market and every time i go to shop for food that i like it is expired not only expired i got sick eating great value yogurt, i always check the expiration date, i got several different great value yogurt that i checked and they were not expired so i assumed that all were not expired. this happened last November 2014. To be continued. Just Tuesday 10/13/2015 their was baby food on the shelve that expired in June 2015. If my grandbaby had ate that expired food she would have gotten sick; thank God that my daughter checked the expiration date. Please check the expiration date on everything before you buy it.

I bought a 35# container of cat litter and am in a wheelchair. I could not find anyone to assist me. A customer put it in my lap for me. When I got to the checkout, only 2 lanes were open, both with long lines. When I got to the front I asked for help carrying my load out. The cashier didnt even offer to take it from me. The card swiper sat flat on a higher counter, it didnt tilt so I could read it. Plus I was still holding the 35# box in my lap. Finally someone came to help me to my car, she said she would follow me. I had to stop and ask her to take the bucket from me and carry it to my car. I dont plan to go back.

Possibly the worst store ever. The selections are horrible, they dont carry many of the popular items people want to buy, and if they do its always out of stock. This place is horribly stocked, never enough lines open and the self check out machine NEVER works without a problem. The staff is rude lazy and does not like to do their jobs. I drive the extra 2 miles to the Krogers on 71st, at least I know Ill find what I came for and it will always be in Stock! Plus its 24 hours & and most of the staff is nice

Went in once and asked a worker where to find something and she let me know that she knew she should have took her vest off and that she was off the clock but the item I wanted was over there Very Rude! Today I went in, went to the U scan and had to remove an item, it told me to wait on a staff member that Never came over! I just went to the next one over to the next one and when I left no one ever did come to that U scan No customer service skills in that place what so ever!

Staff a little slow and not as helpful as they cold be.... Example: a customer left her receipt at a self check out line and the roaming attended saw this and instead to garbing the receipt and catching up to her to give it to the customer that attended just yelled and clapped her hands and made the customer walk back to get the receipt

This market likely has what Im after. However, they typically have only a couple of "manned" registers open at rush hour and the self checkouts NEVER work as they should. You WILL wait in a long line here! Whenever I stop here, I end up standing in the checkout line openly wondering why i didnt just drive the extra bit to Kroger.

Not enough employees. Customer service is slow and not always opened. They arent always knowledgeable about their jobs. But the store is clean and they have a better selection of produce. Oh and they are NOT 24hrs they close at midnight. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
