Terrible! We buy horse feed at the Greenfield store all time. All we do is ask them if feed is on sale anywhere and they have the flyer and meet the other store price. We asked about this on Brookville Road and the girl said " How am I supposed to know? Really! Turned around and there was their big sign on the wall that they would meet any competitors price. Find that hard to believe. I will go to Pendleton before I will go back to this store if Greenfield is out of what I need.

I went to the store looking for a plug wire they dont carry them in store for a husky. The next day I called about a starter. After setting on hold for 15 min the store clerk didnt want to give me a price unless I was in the store. I ask him too look it up he couldnt find anything, then after about 5 min on hold again they hung up on me. Will no use the store on Brookville Rd again.

Went in to get propane tanks filled and it was pouring rain. Cashier asked if I could wait until the rain slowed down and I said I could. After 15 minutes the rain slowed to a sprinkle. The cashier turned to a male associate and asked him to help us. I told him what I needed and he told me he couldnt do it because of lightning Needless to say there was no thunder or lightening.

Been in the Brookville Rd store 3 times in the last month on Sundays. All 3 times store was busy & only had one register open. Long line. Was told last time that the other 2 were broken. They spend thousands of dollars on Advertising & you have to wait to give them your money! Poor store management is to blame. Make sure youre not in a hurry if you shop there on Sunday.

Not good Abre time I Go in there To day would be one of those days Mar 22 2016 sunny but Grey in that Tracter supply the Front Desk lady Not the best at greetings and Thank yous always with a Mean Face Im taking my business some were else. Been shopping there 6+ years spending any were from 200$-100$ abre time I go . BYE BYE hope has nothing to do with being Latino!
