Dont ever go here the people are rude and call you a liar.. I took my Xbox one in, it had a password on it they said it cant have one on it all and they cant take it if it does.. so I hooked it up and turned on my Hotspot so I can sign in and take it off,, well when I did it needed to update so I updated it and got the password off when I got that done I told the guy and a different guy the "mananger" came over and looked at it and told me wasnt taking it because I factory reset it.. the Xbox still had all the games installed and the account on there so bow in the hell did I factory reset it.. after I argued this fact for like 5 min (I couldnt reset even if I wanted to because I have no idea how)he said 100 bucks after the first guy told me 130.. I told him the other guy just said 130 before I did all this he says no who cares what he said Im saying 100 bucks... they are 350 brand new and they are less then a year old!!!! He was rude and I will never go back there, they lie and call you a thief!!! So unprofessional

Every single time I go in there I feel like Ive known these folks for ever. They are so fun and great sales folks. They are always my first stop for anything I nneed and they always give me a good deal. I prefer this location over any other location

This is the worst pawn shop ever, worst customer service, dont know what a brand new or slightly used is in difference, dont test it very well, if you need to pawn go up the street to gold and sale where the deals and pawns are amazing!

Takes mostly everything. Doesnt give the best deals and sometimes they dont take everything i bring even though i know they can make a profit. i would still recommend going here to sell though.
