Some of The new people in the store at leeds has caused it to go to heck I buy things in there all the time I spend hundreds and I even bought my kids Christmas there well sometimes my luck gets down and I have to pawn things being a mom to 4 kids when I pawn things I get extremely ripped off like say for example today I had a Xbox one I got it from them for almost $600.00 and I had it and a ps3 together the new man only wanted to give me $130.00 for both of them he was quickly told what was thought of him he aint doing anything but ripping folks off as well as putting things out before there due to be put out Im done doing business there unless they make a change and fast and trust me when I say they will miss my business I bought lots from them at a time once I paid over $2000.00 but I wont pay anything to them if they cant get it right

I absolutely love this place!! There is always something worth finding in here. The staff is very helpful and readiness to assist. My sales person was a sweet young lady named Erica. She was very polite and courteous!! She was very knowledgeable about a lot of items I was interested in purchasing. She took her time and was very patient with me. And kept a smile the entire time. My overall experience was exceptional!!! I will definitely be returning!!

She is so sweet and kind and she always goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied. Her attitude towards her job speaks volumes for this store. Whatever youre in the market for , this is the place to start!!! They have a variety of absolutely everything you can think of. I have been very pleased with all of my purchases from here. The staff is very friendly and oh my that Erica is the absolute best hunni. She can sell a tail to a rabbit. Great sales experience and always very professional!!

Put a shotgun on layaway at the Leeds store, went to pick it up and they told me they had re-pawned it to the original owner. No call or contact to let me know. They started to not give me a refund either but finally did.
