In a word: Horrific. Avoid doing business here at all costs. My experience with them was just beyond belief. They damaged an item I won in an auction and refused to make it right. They then insulted me and told me to basically go pound sand. Additionally, they violated federal gun laws by telling me I could get a refund only if I illegally shipped a handgun back to them using a ground service. Save yourself a ton of misery and problems and choose a business with integrity instead that ships items with care and is responsible and responsive when it comes to taking care of the most important person in any business: The Customer.

This is a great place as far as pawn shops go. You can find excellent things for purchase and they offer fair prices for items you pawn. They also sell and finance vehicles now.
