The owner was very rude to my husband and told him that a $75 knife that we have gotten appraised several times was worth $5 then my husband proceeded to tell him that information and told him very rude like to go sell it to the other pawn shops or online because it wasnt worth anything. As my husband was walking out I was far behind him because I was browsing DVDs the man promptly told another man at the counter that my husband was a smart ass and that he thinks he knows everything about anything. All my husband did was ask a question and then told him the information we had gotten from SEVERAL other pawn shops. He was very rude and unprofessional and we will NEVER do business there ever again nor will any of my friends and family. This is the most terrible paw shop weve ever stepped in. The man doesnt deserve to have a shop if he is going to treat his customers like that. Like I said WE WILL NEVERRRRR GO THERE AGAIN. And Im telling everyone that asks about his pawn shop about our experience so they wont get gipped on money nor get treated terrible for asking a question.

I have used Lebanon Pawn many times. They have always been friendly and helpful and have offered much more money than the other shops. They are easy to work with and have a great lay away plan. I would never go anyplace else and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy pawn shop. They are the best!

Horrible service. 0 stars if possible Brought in 2 smart tvs street different times and he gave me $150 for a tv but paid $275 on the first one and the guy was rude the entire time and kicked my kid out and threatened to call the cops if he didnt leave because he said a cuss word. Will never do business here again. EVER

A pawn shop is a pawn shop. At least this guy has a better way of communicating with people, unlike most Pawn shops that automatically feel dirty, this one was surprisingly organized. This guy has a decent collection of things. Its one of those places I would pick if I was coming back for my things.
