Ive never been to this store but I ordered a bicycle jersey from their ebay account and received a different jersey than was pictured. I sent the item back and over 2 weeks had passed since they received the item (I checked the tracking number) and I had still not received my refund. I called and left messages and no one called me back. I called a 3rd time and had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with a woman who was very rude to me and claimed they never received the jersey, accusing me of lying and saying it was my fault for them sending me a different jersey than pictured on ebay. She called back half an hour later and said they had found it but didnt apologize, I got my refund 2 days later, but had to pay the shipping both ways for their mistake. I would not recommend ordering anything from them because of the pain of sending it back if it doesnt work out.

Ive been to Circle City several times in the past year so here is my TL;DR on them: fast, cheap repair services, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a decent selection of bikes and accessories, especially for a smaller "mom and pop" type shop. When I went in to buy my bike last year (a Raleigh Misceo), they not only had the odd niche bike I was looking for, but they also hooked me up with a discount for buying a model from the previous years inventory. On top of that they included a 100 mile tune-up on the bike for free. Ive since taken it and my girlfriends bikes for regular servicing and they do their work promptly and cheaply. Ive had experience with the big corporate stores in the area in the past, but since Ive found Circle City I really havent found the desire to go back to them.

Under new management and she dont no anything about bikes I will not return to the store the older manager or staff member was great help with my kids on there Bmx bikes but now you have someone that dont no anything i asked about a rim last time and she acted like what you talking about .you are losing customers and its not a good thing The last time I was there I spent almost $1500 you really need to get somebody in there that knows their bikes shes not very good for your company and at this time we will be looking for a new bike store so I want to thank you for the time that we spent with you and at this time you lose that thank you very much and I hope your business goes well

Stopped at this shop with my 11 year old son to price some tires and tubes, and also to check pricing on a basic bike tune-up. The older man, who has already been spoken of in other reviews, and who I assume is the owner, spoke with me. When I asked him what the cost for a bike tune-up was, he asked what kind of bike. I told him a Mongoose mountain bike, to which he responded "We dont touch box store bikes, theyre not worth the price to tune them up." This was said in front of my 11 year old son who had just received that bike for his birthday. Thanks for making a father feel like $h!T. I hope you go bankrupt and die destitute and bitter.

I had to change my review from a 1 to a 5. The new staff is more than willing to LISTEN and understand what I was looking for. Rick is the new manager and was extremely helpful. Mike made sure I got what I needed. Now my whole family can ride together. I cant wait until they get home. Im so excited right now. They seriously just picked up a lifetime customer. Thank you Rick and Mike. You didnt make just one person happy, you made a whole family happy.

Friendly, passionate, good selection. They helped my GF purchasing me bike tools for my b-day, and she loved her experience. The shop is small but stacked. Prices are very resonable, service seems great, I was helped instantly and walked thru many options. Ill be shopping here again, and possibly taking the winter bike courses. Id put them up against Grey Goat, and defintily against A-1 bikes anyday.

Just went in to see how much itd cost to fix a bent rim, or even buy a new one. The older sales man seemed annoyed once he realized i wasnt an expert on bikes. He then told me that they wont touch a huffy, it isnt a bike. Its a toy. This guy was rude, horrible help, and just had such an elitist way about him that i would rather drive across town, pay more, and recommend to anyone else to do the same.

I took my bike there a few months ago for new tubes, tires, and wheel truing. It was there for a week or so. When i got it back, my wheels are still not straight, and i either have a slow leak in the tubes or they are pinched..... i am hopefully take my bike back tomorrow for tubes, and if this happens again, im not going to be happy.

This shop is spectacular. They have, or can order, anything youd want. Theyre very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Repairs are done quickly, and if its something you can do yourself, theyll show you how to do it for next time. I wont buy bikes, parts, or accessories from anyone else, ever again.

This shop knows old-school thru new-school. They are very good listeners to what your needs are and so they are not quick to get you to buy something they sell. They will take the time with you and guide you through whatever needs you may have. Love everyone there!

Came in with little to no knowledge about my flat tire. He quoted me 5 for the tube and 10 for the labor but when I went to pay for it he only charged me for the tube simply to be nice. What a cool dude. Little things like that earns my business for life.

Great shop that has a wide variety of bikes road, mtn, cruiser, bmx etc... I think this place may have the best selection for BMX which can be hard to find these days. Great group of guys and a nice friendly shop is a win for the south side!

Wish I could leave a better review but based on the advertised hours, we drive 35 minutes to find that the store is closed on Sundays. You need to fix your online info to reflect your current hours! Total waste of time and gas!

I came in with both tires of my bike flat.The guy here repaired it in a matter of 15 minutes and 30$.It is expensive, but worth it, thanks to the quick, good service!
