We stopped in yesterday to window shop for some new bikes. Mike was extremely helpful and took at least an hour with us filling us in on the options and recommendations taking into account what we wanted to do with the bikes. We ended up taking home a pair and a trunk carrier that was much better than the old one we had. There was no pressure to upsell or steer us toward more expensive models. He was honest about the pros and cons of many features we looked at. Complete with a unicycle demonstration and plenty of patience. You get free adjustments and a tuneup in your first year and a printed sheet of discounts for other things you may need in the future. The guys even strapped them on the car for us while we were checking out. Great experience from a local business run by guys who love what they do.

Really diappointed! After viewing their web site., we drove over from near Muncie. When we came in someone greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. We said we wanted to check out the spinning bikes that they had listed on their web site. The guy looked puzzled and said we have never had spinning bikes in our store, but they could order. When I mentioned we saw them on their web site, he said that they did no carry since you could by one from Dunhams or MC Sport for less than they could sell them for. We were looking for a quality spin bike like the brand they had on there site. He then said well maybe we need to revise our web site. DUH!!!

Bought my Giant Sedona comfort series bike there just a few years ago. Been back for service, some broken spokes (my fault, definitely not the bikes), and to buy a trainer to get my riding fix over the winter months. Great service, knowledgeable staff who have pride in their work, and in my opinion a fair price for the quality of their merchandise, which is without a doubt higher quality than can be found at the big box stores. It is not often you can shop at an establishment where the employees truly love what they do, great job Larry and Mike.

Theres no better bike shop in Kokomo. My first bike came from Larry at Kokomo Cycling & Fitness in ~1982 and now its our sons turn! He has his first bike and we cant wait for summer so he can get out and start riding! Its a great a shop and theyve always had everything I needed. Dont get a bike at a big box store...get a bike from a bike store where itll be built right for your first ride!

The customer service is horrible. They treat you with nothing but disrespect. They have no interest in answering your questions. My 6 daughter was excited about getting into biking and the experience was so horrible shes not interested anymore. Dont walk, run away from this clown shop.

I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Unfriendly and made to feel like an idiot for having an improper bearing setup and general condition of my bike. ..they did redo the rear assembly for a price but berated me for having it wrong in the 1st place! No customer respect whatsoever!

I had went to the "other" bike shop in town and was told I could just buy a new bike. I wanted to fix the bike I had, for several reason. Kokomo Cycling & Fitness is the best! They fixed my bike and did not make me feel like it was a waste to do so. Thank you!

I got a flat tire riding to work. Luckily I was just around the corner from the shop and the guys hooked me up with a new tube in no time! NASCAR pit stop fast! Great service, great product, locally owned.
