We have been customers of godbys for 20 years, about a year and a half ago we went and spent all most $6000.00 in there store then we had a problem with our new mattress we called for a warranty issue and they said we had to pay $25 for them to come out to check the problem and was very unpleasant about it, I called the manufacturer and they said we had to go through the place we bought the product, so I refused to pay and they refused to come out, again very rudely. Never will I be in there store again. If you go there I hope you do not have a problem. I am not the only one...

We purchased several items from this store. There was a defect in our Canadal table. We contacted them several times about this and they said they would get with the Canadal company representative and get back to us. We have attempted several times over the past 6months to get this issue resolved. We keep getting the same response, theyll get back to us.... They never do. I do NOT recommend this store or this company. Very disappointed in their lack of concern for the products they sell.

Giorgio Nunns is a crook and a thief. He sells counterfeit golf clubs online on his off days and rips off hard working single dads like myself and then disappears and wont refund money or do the right thing. Yet calls himself a Christian man on his Facebook account. If hes that shady in real life Id hate to imagine him as a salesman. Dont buy anything from him or this store.

The company that Godby uses for warranty claims (Guardsman) is a complete scam. Its easier to win the lottery than to get a piece of furniture repaired. So many hoops that you have to jump through. 9 months later and I still do not have my sectional repaired. Godby has little interest in it because they have already sold the furniture so no skin off their back.
