After a good buying experience at their Carthage store everything went downhill after that. Delivery that damaged both a washer and a dryer. Months of attempts to get them both fixed correctly. Samsung refrigerators that leaks from the ice maker is the latest. Their service is horrible!!! They seem all nice and "small town homey" while they sell you stuff but, if you ever need service it all goes down the tubes... STAY AWAY!!!
