Negative experience. Store advertised "Serta Perfect Sleeper" mattress on their website at $149.00. Get there and its now $179.00. Was told later that it was a different kind of Perfect Sleeper mattress. The average customer isnt going to realize that there are sub models. Respectfully tried to resolve this with with the store manager and while they fixed their website, added a disclaimer and better description of their process which was great, they would do nothing for us, not even an apology! Just a thank you for my understanding and patience! They just lost a repeat customer over $30.00.
